Highly disappointed with this location. Ordered online so order was clear. Club had no bacon. I ordered extra pickles and cholula sauce and did not get them. Then we get there and the cashier was so rude and pretty much threw the bag. No have a nice day or thank you come again. We will not be back to this location. Should have read the reviews before ordering from this one. It appears this is the norm!

I went through the drive through and asked for 2 dressings, only got one and my Mac and cheese was cold, not even remotely warm. Young man at the drive through was short and curt with me.

The sandwiches are always good and if I ever have an issue (I rarely do) it is corrected in a timely manner.

I order from them from time to time. I like the variety of warm subs they have unlike the cold subs you find at other places. They have made a few mistakes on our orders but always offer to remake or refund us if we aren't able to return to get the right order and are polite.

Sandwich was not made as requested. I ordered pick up. Ordered 4 large sandwiches and one was steak and cheese with no mustard and no mayo. We live 10 minutes away and did not check the sandwiches before we left. Got home and the steak and cheese had NO cheese and a ton of mayo. Needless to say no matter how much we tried to scrape off the mayo it was all over so we had to toss the sandwich in the garbage. Not the first time we had problems with this location so I guess we should check our order or go to a different location.

Why do you have curbside pickup when you have a drive through? No handicap parking close enough to help.

This place makes great food, but it’s all ruined when you try to call in an order—the service is an automated thing that doesn’t work and takes you 10 minutes to order a sandwich because it can’t understand things. What’s wrong with just having a person answer the phone?!
