I had been a huge fan previously but had an unfortunate experience at the dinner buffet. That's a different review on a previous profile.
I figured however I would give their breakfast burritos a shot. Who can mess up a taco or burrito right?!? Well I was severely disappointed. What I received for $3 24 was a pathetic burrito almost as short as children's eyeglass frames and not much wider than my finger. Most of what I thought was a burrito was tinfoil! The beans were incredibly runny, smooth like a shake, a bean puree really. I mostly consumed a small tortilla moistened with flavorless bean matter. I ended up wearing most of it. What didn't get onto my clothing is currently smeared all over the console, steering wheel and driver seat as I cleaned it hurriedly to get into work. I'm sure that's going to smell lovely baking in the car during my twelve hour shift at the hospital. Luckily my jacket covers the stains on my pants and white shirt.
Also a tip. Give yourself plenty of time if you still plan on visiting after this review. The speaker at the order menu is a decoration. The orders are taken at the window. If you order something not readily available, choose a platter or have an order considered sizable you'll have to wait in the parking lot and then go through a second drive through window.
I will say that the staff member I interacted with was cheerful, courteous and efficient. That element wasn't lacking in the slightest.

Ordered through Uber Eats. They made the wrong order. I ordered enchiladas and tacos, and instead was send soup, flour tortillas, and two large drinks. I didn’t order any of this. I’m now out a $15 Uber Eats coupon. The manager was completely unhelpful, suggesting that I had received “free food” because I got a refund through Uber, when I’m now out a $15 coupon. After complaining about this over the phone, the person answering starting cussing at me and they cancelled my second order where I was hoping to receive the right order. They also told me to never order online from them again, which I think is pretty good advice.

When made well and correctly, the food can actually get to be really really good. In fact, when made correctly I’m actually a fan of the food. However, they seem to have a consistency of quality issue every now and then. Another thing to note is that it may be difficult for some to order if they don’t read/comprehend Spanish, due to the menu. Portions are quite small, but that’s likely due to the food being authentic. For those that do go, I’d recommend going during the daytime. The crowd can get to be pretty sketchy. Wait times are usually long and sometimes you’re sitting in front of or behind a particularly shady group, which can definitely give you a pretty eerie feeling. I know one time I was behind a vehicle with some guys covered in gang tats that were littering everywhere and throwing stuff out of their windows. That was when I decided to only come during daylight hours

Maybe it is hit or miss, considering other recent reviews. I got a chicarron, bean and egg burrito and a chorizo, egg and bean burrito(no bean but they put potatoes on this one), all was so good, beans full of flavor. Great breakfast!!!

I went to the Josie's on 34th and Avenue Q and ordered 2 chimichangas and was $24. They had a sign posted stating they were increasing their prices by 20%, but really? The chimichangas were stuffed with more potato than carne. I very seldom eat there due to lack of customer service, but those prices has done it for me!

Man it saddens me to post this but I would stay clear of Josies until they hire more people. Twice Ive waited for over 10 minutes without even moving up in line and had to drive off. You would think a place that charges 5 bucks for a burrito could afford to pay a wage high enough to attract workers but I guess not...

Always love this place especially late at night but the prices are redic-ulous but they have always been like that but it's worth it.

Not much for the price and food was falling apart when purchased. Didn't even ask for a refund. A post of it seems more appropriate.
