We ate at their food truck and it was really good. Their chicken strips were juicy and I really enjoyed the special sauce they came with. The kids enjoyed it as well and loved their French fries. We look forward to eating some more Hanks.
I had high hopes for a new fried chicken joint in Lubbock but the recipe wasn't to my taste. It seems like the batter fries crispy but somehow traps a lot of liquid grease. So when you bite in it drips out. Best fried chicken I've had lately is Belle's in Abilene.
