Sonic Drive-in

So I order buffalo boneless wings and it's all just little pieces of crunchy breading no actual chicken detected anywhere in the meal that is drowning in half a bowl of sauce and to top it off I think maby ranch will help until I realize it's not cold ranch but room temperature and I almost lost what little bit I already had eaten. So for my ten dollars I spent I get a thing of Luke warm tater tots to eat for lunch today. So I hate to say this but I will only be getting ice cream from Sonic now unless they somehow mess that up too. Food is too expensive now to be wasted on this garbage.

It's sad that I'd rather drive to ANY other sonic then go to the one within walking distance to my apartment. Gave them multiple chance and each time has been a disappointment. If my food order or drink order isn't wrong it's a miracle but the majority of the staff is rude and looks like it's an Inconvenience that they have to do thier job. I'm a diabetic so it's diet everything for me and I would ask for them to please make sure it's diet for that reason. They still give me regular coke, sprite, or dr.pepper. blood sugar is sky high afterwards. I've called to complain to the management and get put on hold for them to not pick up or just get hung up on.

I went to buy some food and specifically the toys from the wacky packs. My daughter has been waiting a month for these Toys to come out. I wanted to buy one of each toy that they had (there's 16 different ones ) .when I asked how much just the Toys were they told me the price as if I could buy it but when I told them my request for each one They straight up told me no I couldn't buy one of each one , that they don't have the man power to look through the box and get them for me . I was baffled and offered to look through the box myself if they could bring it to the door and they said that's a safety issue and I couldn't do that . They told me they don't have the man power right now , so I asked when a good time would be to come back and he told me he didn't know . This is a business for customer service you earn tips here . I couldn't believe they wouldn't let me simply get the toys cause they didn't have enough man power as he kept saying . I'm spending money I'm not asking for them for free , even offering to do the work myself but still he wouldn't do it. I didn't care if it would have taken 10 mins or 20 mins to get what we asked for , there was no persuading him . So I went to a sonic down the street and they kindly gave me all the toys . It just shows the lack of customer service this location has and makes me question all the other qualities they could be lacking . I'll never waste my time at this location again.

I used to enjoy this location but the staff have been a bit rude latley. I was left rather shocked by my carhops behavior, so much so that we will avoid this location. Sometimes they won't ask if you want tots or fries so make sure you tell them. I reccomend always checking your order to make sure it's all there and that it's correct. I would also reccomend not tipping in the app until you have your food and you see what kind of service you get.

Used the app. Showed up, pulled into a stall that had rebooting screen up (about a 50% chance of that at this location). Pushed button, told them my name for a online order. Was told it would be right out. 15 mins later I received my order. Drove home, everything was lukewarm at best One drink was wrong on a same drink order. I don't recommend this Sonic.
