The coffee wasn't very good. I don't know if corporate has forced changed, but it seems like it's becoming common among DD stores. They have raised their prices, so I expect what I pay for. Cream and sugar are not hard. 5 and 5 has always been the standard. Get it together.

Never a time where they have gotten our orders right. Their coffee is not sweet in the slightest even though it is advertised to be. Their donuts are never fresh and when we ordered them from the drive-thru, the ones we want are never available.

The coffee continues to get better. The donuts are not great, but at least they are consistent over the years. You know everything will be the same at any Dunkin.

Dunkin Donuts in Louisville is a good place for fast service especially to drive through to get in and get out as long as they all don't come at once you're safe coffee's great excellent service I give it a 10 they try to get you through the line as quick as possible

That was by far, the worst cup of decaf hot coffee, i have ever tasted. Sometimes when you order decaf, you get coffee that has been sitting, and isnt fresh. Somtimes, you get a cup and it taste burnt, but today, the wife and i had a 3 hr drive. I wanted a nice cup of coffee for the ride. I asked the clerk for a couple of ice cubes, because thier coffee is so hot, i paid for my coffee and left. About 15 min later, i tried my coffee, and couldn't believe how bad it tasted. I threw the whole cup away. WORST COFFEE EVER. I bought it in Lowville, on rt 12.
