Pretty dissatisfied, I’ve always loved subway and been happy to support this location. However I went in excited to use a coupon they refuse to except now and will continue to be this way for the foreseeable future.. So I left… Subway has always been the most expensive sub option in town and not being willing to take a coupon to save loyal customers a few bucks here and there is a shame.. I’ll start using Casey’s the sub shop in town or Quiznos just a few min up the road… great ppl that work here will miss them

I walked into buy two sandwiches...and walked right back out. Staff refused to accommodate my request to eliminate the ham and add turkey. Told me that the samdwich had to be ordered as I saw on the menu. So I went down the street and ordered food from another restaurant.

I had lunch inside the Lowell, IN Subway restaurant today. I was most impressed with how the Subway employee did her cleaning of the tables and seats, trash disposal area and door (both sides, frequently touched areas). It was very thorough with lots of cleaning spray used and great care and energy in wiping down the sprayed surfaces. At the time, I was the only person eating in. She did not intrude on my area. Well done!

Fast service got exactly what we ordered for once. First time going it was a fail but they made up for it the second time around. Its subway guys not a 4 start restaurant. They do what they need to do and its good for what it is

Love Subway! It seems like this location cycles through employees often but there’s one older lady on the team who is just the sweetest thing! She’s awesome!

Pretty terrible experience here. Staff was not friendly- no welcome or thank u. The item on the menu was not available, and as I searched for another item, the staff member started working on a different order! And my salad was not cut up, nothing like a full strip of bacon in your salad. Sad service.

Made an online order than included a discontinued sauce. Instead of letting us know upon pick up so another sauce could be used, they sent a dry sub and would only make it right of we drove all the way back with the sandwich. Also forgot cheese on another sandwich in the order.
