I had to walk to this location ( 1 mile or so) in 2 inches of snow to get food and drinks and when i got there the door was locked and I was unable to obtain the food and liquid i need to survive. Not sure why the door was locked and they were not open? I'm glad I was able to make it back home but the fact they weren't open at the time could have resulted in tragedy.

Unprofessional worker she threw my card my card at me started yelling at me and my kids while the cops were there just because I told her to calm down that's the kind of people you have working there that's sad SHE NEED TO GET FIRED that's not the first time she has done this night crew needs to get fired.....

Un-freaking-believable! Tika, an employee there bent over backwards to help me out when I really needed it. Her kindness was amazing, far beyond what I would expect from anyone and she had never seen me before. I am amazed.

The service at night no good ( the lady )choos to take care only a guy and like to bother as no private for as I hope 7-11 fixes about did . I have to wait she walk a way after finish service a guy . Did 7-11 aloe to employee come to hug cusmer ask phone number and text cusmer come to visit and hope ? the man in 2nd shift ALWAYS watch people like he’s a stalker, he always watch me and my son like as we’re were stealing but we were just trying to buy slurpees, and i never had a worker like that guy. don’t go to that 7-11!

i go in this store daily and the service there is always exceptional the store is very organized and clean and the staff and always helpful and knowledgeable anytime I have a problem and staff is right on it they help me solve whatever issue I have very qwickly. I will always use the store even if I have to go out of the way to get there they always make me feel like I'm home.

Night time employees have been overcharging for cigarettes. Bought a pack of Djarum Specials and the daytime price is $7.48. Night shift price is $10 Even. Go figure. It sucks when employees are dishonest.
