Review Subway - Lowell

The male employee was extremely disinterested and rude, we left before even getting food before his service was so awful. He told us to literally “get food somewhere else” I know Subway’s a huge chain and no one gets reprimanded for anything but this was pretty low even for terrible customer service.

The food is great. Some of the workers either seem completely uninterested and I've seen them talk trash about a guest that had just left. On the other hand there is a girl that works there that provides great service and seems to enjoy it. Basically like the McDonald's of sub shops, sometimes other customers make things difficult, can't fault the establishment for that.

Conveniently located, Friendly staff, Great food. I’ve never had a bad experience ordering at this particular Subway.

Food was good. Service was a little slow. They don't give out free cups for water so be prepared to pay for a soda cup. The main reason for the 1 star review is that the vent near the window had a couple cockroaches going in and out of it. I kindly notified the staff of the cockroaches just to let them know that they might want to check it out. Their response was "Most restaurants have cockroaches so..." Ok. Got it. Never coming back.

Let me just say I come here almost 6 days out of the week. I LOVE subways and not a lot of subway spots are as good as this one. My boyfriend and I come in to eat different times out of the day and will always say the same thing when we walk in . Subways "Eat Fresh!" And we always gotta eat fresh :)

Food and drinks were missing . Food was ice cold and my sub wasn’t even wrapped up it was thrown into a small brown paper bag. The website or the app has no place for complaints! Downtown lowell subway horrible service!!!

If you are looking for a subways sandwich in this downtown, this is in a very convenient location. I can't say much as ever persons order will be different but what I can say is about the location and its service. I have been locally going to school in this area here for a while now. When I felt like a eating a sandwich, it was only a few blocks away. But if you just happen to be passing by in your car- there are some curbside spots that you can park at to grab a quick bite. Just remember to pay for the parking spot- don't want you to get in trouble~! Service is pretty fair/ a few levels above mediocre, but better than some other locations in this city. Straight to point, lovely "sandwich art", and lovely folded so that your sandwich won't explode. Just be sure to speak clearly (louder if necessary) as they have safety dividers that will muffle the persons speaking on both ends.
