Absolutely the best breakfast in Lowell, been going here since I was a kid in the 80's. Greeted warmly when you arrive and always thanked for coming in when you leave. Food is amazing, I had the Irish Benny and my wife had a grilled cheese with tomato everything was delicious. Love the family atmosphere here, the whole family chipping in right down to what appeared to be the daughters poaching my eggs for the Benny. Highly recommend if you've never been here.

Actually the best French toast I've ever had. And I don't say that lightly, I've tried a lot, and this was definitely the best so far. I was also greeted by much of the staff with a "good morning" when I came in, which was a nice touch (especially because I had never been there before). The eggs, home fries, and ham were above average. The coffee wasn't very pleasant. It had an off taste, especially when compared to coffee at other diners. The service was a bit slow too. Our food took quite a while to come out. The food (especially the French toast) was worth it, but the slow service and the coffee are why I'm rating 4 stars not 5.

Classic, authentic diner atmosphere with tasteful, modern updates. Family business run with great pride in their food, setting, and history. Great omelets, grilled potatoes, and they serve the famous Cote's Beans, made at Lowell's 100+ year old, beloved Cote's Market in the French Canadian style (not traditional Boston Baked Beans because they have no molasses or sugar). Comfort food breakfast so true to the old style you will think you are back in the day!

I have wanted to try this place for a while and finally had a chance! French toast was so yummy, might be my go to from now on. Small menu but all classics, definitely won't be disappointed. I'll be back for sure🙂

Food was very good! Would definitely come back by. Friendly staff. It does take a little while for the food to come out but the food and service with a smile was with it.

I’ve been going to the Cameo since I was a young kid. Best breakfast in the city and it’s not close. It’s a great family diner owned by an amazing family. We all need to support these family owned businesses now more than ever. Go support the Cameo.
