Can't believe I didn't try this place sooner. The kolaches are amazing and reasonably priced. Do you like breakfast sandwiches? This is like a breakfast sandwich with a serious upgrade. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Sweet varieties are also great. HIGHLY recommend!
I have lived in Texas my whole life, so I’ve had my fair share of kolaches. I can honestly say these are the best kolaches I have ever had. They have amazing non-meat options (green chili egg, mushroom brie, pizza...YUM). The owners are so kind and the shop environment is warm and welcoming. We love coming here!!

Really enjoyed this wonderful little bakery. We have been enjoying their kolaches for a while now. These are filled pastries that are famous in the south. I am a big fan of the chili, egg and cheese, but the cherry and apple filled ones are great too. Do not forget about the cinnamon rolls!

Until I moved to Colorado over 15 years ago, I lived in Texas almost my entire life, just down the street from several bakeries that sold kolaches. They are a breakfast staple in Houston. I agree with another reviewer, I can honestly say that these kolaches are the best I have ever had. My parents, who recently moved here as well, told me the same thing. Plus, the owners are super friendly! I think we will easily be making a weekly order from Just a Pinch.
