very very poor customer service. the signs said opened
at 10:30am but cannot start up computer to serve customers till 10:55am. rude and racist customers. the manager has
an attitude problem. she needs to get some training in

I ordered a one piece meal,spicy, got a large breast, side of slaw, a biscuit and a cookie, plus a large drink.

I ordered a 8 piece original bucket. They said sorry sir but we only have spicy. I said ok. When I got home all I got was legs and thighs.
Went thru drive-thru, ordered, paid was directed out front to wait on chicken, then after 20 minutes I had to go inside to get our 8pc meal because they forgot us!! Awful experience
Kfc on 19th and Broadway is always terrible,you never get what you ordered. You get no uticiles, napkins or sauces, they're always out of this or that. The food is usually old and been sitting am just over it.
Friendly staff, good customer service my only issue was that my food was NOT hot and fresh my fruit punch drink was really water downed.
A group us of ate there and even though it was lunch rush hour lunch, our food was on-time, hot and tasty... I Will dine there again...
