Comparable to the one i frequent. Amazing employees, friendly, fast and came with heart. Food? Yeah it's taco bell my guy, it's amazing. Idk what they did to my food, they could have played an Amber on me and pooped on it for all i cared, it was immaculate. Line out the road, worth it. I came at around 11pm btw. :] thanks guys, amazing experience, i felt welcomed.

The lobby was real clean. Another guy came into and ask to use the bathroom the cashier advised him that he had to purchase something first before he could use he restroom. He was about to pee his paints but he went to the kiosk and complied. They finally pushed the button to the toilet.
My soft tacos and burrito were the worst tasting I've ever had.
The employees griped about everything none stop, very loud.

Terrible Taco Bell. Opens late, closes hours early despite Google listing different opening/closing times. Several occasions I’ve gone and I’ve been told they’re all on break at once and to come back in 45 minutes… staff outside arguing in the parking lot. Dirty inside and employees practicing disgusting hygienic practices. I don’t know why I even bother with this location. Never going back. Would rather go to the next closest one on Bardstown Rd.

This place is horrible..we went thru drive thru to get a door dash order and was told that everyone was on a 30 min break n the whole store was shut down! We pulled around to deal with door dash in letting them know they was shut down for 30 mins. The car parked beside us in the Taco Bell parking lot had every employee in it smoking weed and they sat there n let the drive thru back up with customer s! So does everyone go on break at the same time and is it ok to be high n work here?

Was discouraged when I pulled into the Drive thru due to being wrapped around to the entrance doors.. but impressed with the speed. Cashier was great, with a friendly smile and great attitude. The food.. is missing 1/2 of the portion that should be on a Nacho Bell Grande and Double Chalupa.

This place should really be shut down if it can’t provide a service. Not only can I barely get my order right, my last 3 times I can’t even get my order. They kick me out when I get to the window because it’s near closing time, with 15 minutes left. Order pickup and they can’t find my order even when I show them the Taco Bell app screen!! Door dash order wasn’t found after dasher waited 50 minutes. Good luck to you ordering and this place.

Closes before 10:30pm despite app and Google Maps listing it as 1am like other locations nearby. Staff were short with us and several were loitering in the parking lot.
