Little Caesars

With their menu there is alot more than just the 5 dollar pizzas and i mean it that they have to have something you will like or love. Their deep dish pizzas are amazing and so are the thin crusts for my family. Their italian cheese bread is also very good. The 5 dollar pizzas are a litttle hit or miss depending on peoples pizza tastes but one thing that is a strong upside to the pizzas is the sauce. Not to mention the crazy calzonies that are my personal favorite. Only downside is that the store can sometimes get overwhelmed and have a decent wait time but I have caught wind that there was an administrative change so this may no longer be an issue.

Wow. I am stunned. Got my order, rushed home, and opened the box to disappointment. Not only was my pizza burnt beyond recognition, they didn't even cut the thing. $20 for cold bread and burnt, sauceless pizza is atrocious. Not helping the fact is that what little staff was there was closing a half-hour early, and had disabled order-ahead. Sorry state of affairs, in my opinion.

As a driver I have been to many Little Caesars in the region. I have never been to one like the Louisville location. It is a drive thru location but don't assume they will have "Hot and Ready" Pizzas they most certainly won't. As someone with small children a place like this has the potential to make an easy meal that the little ones will enjoy at a cheap price. This location on more than 4 occasions has never had any pizzas ready to go. The whole selling point of Little Caesars is that they have hot and ready pizzas you can roll through and pick up but for some reason this location never does. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night either its not just lunch or dinner rush. On one occasion I was told by a rude manager to order ahead when passing by for my job and trying to swoop in for a quick meal on the go. I'm sorry but nobody is going to order ahead for 5 dollar pizza when there is a Dominoes or Papa Johns in the immediate vicinity. They seem to be mismanaged and under staffed. Last time I was there it looked like 3 children running around in a panic while a line 10 cars deep lined up at the drive thru. Another time my wife was told they only keep 2 hot and ready pizzas ready to go at a time and it would be a 30 minute wait which is kind of mind blowing. This being a small town the dinner rush is real here the Dairy Queen and other places always have long lines during those times but unlike DQ it doesnt seem like this Little Ceasars is rarely prepared for it. I would say if you live in the area and you have to get quick cheap pizza to forgo this location and take a drive to the Alliance location you will be there and back home with hot pizza before there is a chance you will get one from here.

First, our pizzas were a tad delayed and the sweet man brought out an order of cheesy bread as compensation. No need, but nice! BUT THEN...our car wouldn't start! Dead battery while in the parking lot!! The same man quickly brought his car around and the kind lady (who was picking up pizzas for some guys on strike) brought out her battery cables and he charged our battery so we could make it home. We moved to Louisville two years ago and we have been overwhelmed by all the kindness that these folks have shown us. Thank you Little Caesars Guys!!
