Gionino's Pizza

Normally Gionino's is pretty good vs most chains but it's not been on point lately. Like they say in the ad, you can buy a cheaper pizza but then you have to eat it! While true, you could also spend that same money and get more than freezer burned flavor dough with a sprinkle of cheese and few toppings too.

Called in and ordered a pizza. They said 25 minutes. I show up and 25 minutes walk in the girl ask for my name. I gave it to her and she's like not sure why but your pizza was never made. So had to wait long for my food. Looks like its a bunch of kids running the place. Should probably get an adult in there to baby sit.

This is by far the worse pizza place ever to be established. I called an while ordering asked what soda products they carried, I was told that they carry Pepsi products when I promptly asked if they had mt dew i was told they didn't have that. So I asked for Pepsi an then was made aware that they only carried coke products (the staff should know what they offer ).. The best is yet to come so I give them my address an continued to order my pizza once ordered I was made aware that it would be the normal 45 mins to a hour.. so once we agreed to our transaction I hung up 35 mins later i get a call saying that they now do not deliver.. so not only did I waste my time but have to now wait again for another pizza place to bring me my food..

My family and I love the food at Louisville Gioninos but I just can't give it 5 stars. Every time we order delivery it takes at least an hour to get our food. Tonight it took 2 hours and they forgot our 2 liter of soda. An hour is acceptable but two is ridiculous. Everyone was polite enough and the delivery driver apologized but I won't leave a 5 star until the underlying issue is remedied.

The people who answer the phone rush you and act like you are bothering them, your food is not correct, but what is the use of calling to complain. It will take 40 mins to get a new pizza. The prices are high compared to the other local pizza shops around. Overall I will not order from this place again for my home or my company meeting etc. Please look around in the area for a better cost comparison and a more friendly staff, that will get your order right the first time. And honestly taste better.

It’s a very nice, little place. Always enjoy getting pizza and especially wings from this joint. The wings are absolutely splendid! The buckeye sauce, which is a special from Gionino’s, is by far the best sauce I’ve ever had. It beats the best and most popular wing places in Ohio. Highly recommended!
