Mcdonald's - Louisville - Photo album

After being the only one in line before it got packed at 2:03 pm on a Tuesday August 3rd i used my code for a Big Mac meal and well when i got to my office right across the street i sat down to hopefully enjoy my lunch, but unfortunately my fries where unsalted and tasted kinda old by 2 hrs. I was just charged $4.36 for two small cold cheese burgers. The best part was the ketchup. As part of that, $0.25 for a “disposable” paper bag I did not want and did not order. Next time I am hungry and want something small quick and cheap I will just wait and have a real dinner.
Order a large fry and get what is basically a medium at best. (They did this to varying degrees to most of my orders with fries over the years) but this is the first time its been so bad that I really feel like leaving something
Your standard McDonald's, though I wonder if there's a Lord of the Flies situation going on; I swear the kid that handed me my food was 4'10" and no older than 12. Just coffee, I was cold!! Seems in the past couple years, you gotta beg and pester for condiments. Especially when getting coffee!! You would think they would automatically ask. Still love their fine ground salt packets, dumped on hot fries!!
This location does it right. Quick ordering, pay window knows what you ordered and food is usually ready when you pull up. Staff is friendly, too.
One of the nicer McDonald's around. Staff is really good! I visit here often
Why is upscale area fast food so much better than not. Like everything fast and fresh here but in Thornton it's like microwaved cardboard.
