Jersey Mike's Subs

The sandwiches were great but unfortunately they could not handle the lunch rush and I had to remind them multiple times to put things on my sandwich that are standard. I ordered my sandwich and multiple people that were behind me got theirs first. The standards of the meat and veggies were on par with other jersey mikes so that was good.

Today online orders were backed up again. 45 mins late this time. I’ve reported this before, even going to corporate - that EVERY time I order form this location, my order is incorrect or missing something. Today, after a 45 min wait, 3 of my 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly. Toppings wrong. Forgot the cheese. I’ve contacted corporate before because I never hear back from this store when I have emailed them. So I won’t email them anymore. I’ll give one star. I’ll never go to the Louisville CO location again, even though it’s the most convenient location to my home. I will drive out of my way to get the correct order. I have never had a mistake at other locations but have mistakes on EVERY order at this location. I’ve called. I’ve driven back over there for sandwiches forgotten. No more. I don’t know how they can make so many mistakes.

I went in on a Saturday during lunch understandably that can be busy but there were five employees and three of them were standing around doing nothing but adding the toppings to the sandwich. I waited 30 minutes in line for my sandwich. The manager was the only one starting orders and cutting meats, but he took breaks in the back after each sandwich, and was audibly complaining about how busy the restaurant is on the weekends saying “ it’s a suicide shift”. Overall their customer service needs some help.

Always nice when you come in 90 minutes before close and the employees are clearly annoyed by your presence. Hey, I worked in restaurants a long time. Customers showing up just before closing can be aggravating. 90 minutes though? Shouldn't be an issue. If it is, you started cleaning and prepping for tomorrow too soon. Sandwiches were fine, but not a good experience overall.

I went in today and ordered a sandwich on wheat. The lady making my sandwich was making two at a time. As I watched her make sandwiches, it looked like she switched the bottoms, when I questioned her I was snapped at. As I checked out I asked once again for then to check the bottom bread and was told not to worry that they were the bread experts. Well when I got back to my office and looked closer at the sandwich they had made it on the white bread bottom. Maybe the experts should listen to their customers.

Came in for a sandwich and the bread was rock hard, the produce station was unsanitary and a mess. I tried to call the store to speak to someone and the phone line is disconnected. The two guys working here looked like they had no clue what to do. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this places. None of the food is fresh!
