Worse Chinese food ever. Egg rolls were grease soaked and spring rolls were small and not full. The noodle dish was not edible it was tossed in the trash, the fried rice was dry and rice was hard and the shrimp taste like it was boiled.

Hands down the best Chinese place around! I may order about 1-2 times a month. in the past there was a error on an online order and the ownership personally delivered my food to me after hours. Tonight (1/11/2021) I placed an online order different from my normal order. I got a call from the restaurant afterwards to confirm my order because it was different. Now that's customer service!

The food I ordered from Happy China arrived within 20 or 25 minutes and was extremely fresh and very hot. I had to wait for a while to eat it because it was so hot. Great food, fast. That's what I was looking for and that's just what I got.

I've ordered from here several times. They have the best chicken lo mein I always order it. Great portions an reasonable prices. Highly recommend by me.

When you walk in the first thing you are greeted with is half of the staff not wearing masks yelling and talking over every work station and food. I lost my appetite immediately but ordered online. Staff and management need to do better.

Double happy consistently brings me triple happy, at a double happy price. The service is friendly, the delivery is free. At this rate even if the food were terrible, I would still order; however, after ordering from double happy thrice now, it is outstanding always. Thank you double happy for bringing me peace when no one else could.

If I'm going to eat Chinese I'm going to visit Spice China and not here. It's inexpensive and that's about the best one can say. Unless they like cafeteria style food.

We live in the area and have eaten and taken out from this restaurant for over 10 years. The decor is- well there isn't much of a decor. The front of the restaurant is filled with junk and toys belonging to the mgr. But I digress. The food is usually good. The soup is always hot and tasty. The poo poo platter is nice. The BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken wings are delicious. Chicken chowmein and sweet and sour anything is great. The food always tastes fresh, and on the off chance it's not, they are happy to make it right. It's great for take out, about 15 mins, but takes over an hour for delivery. Over all it's pretty good try it. It would be great if they remodeled the place though.

Best Chinese Food I have ever had.. First time my family and I went there it was amazing. Their service is great, and the food is even better. The people there are so nice, and NO MSG!!!! Whenever we go there, we definitely get our money's worth. My favorite is the Orange Chicken. Tastes like real marmalade, instead of that fake orange flavor from other chinese restaurants. There isn't anything I don't like about Double Happy :)

Come Double Happy, Leave Triple Sad.. Double happy has been around, and taking into account that Old Town Louisville is just coming into it's own it is not surprising that Double Happy has lasted, this is a by the book Chinese dive, I would avoid eating in, as much as I would avoid taking out.
