Nice little place in the heart of Louisville, like walking up to someone's home for a meal. Orders happen at the window, which can unfortunately cause a line to form towards the street, interrupting traffic along the sidewalk. There are some nice tables along the main street and several more behind the building: water is also located in the back. The bread loaves were tasty, yet very hard on the outside with no instruction on how to store or soften. Their sandwiches were tasty!

Somehow I had learned of this place online and when I found myself nearby, I decided to check it out. Located in downtown, it is a old house converted to a bakery for pickup/patio dining only since you don’t enter but order at one part of the building and pick up at another. A menu of choices hands in the front but most of the bakery options are on display on the side in a large menu. I was a bit confused by their website. They show a great number of items not displayed either on the front menus or the side windows as well as items on shown on menus that were not on the website. I ordered a sandwich that interested me and rather quickly it was ready. There was not a lot of meat in the sandwich but I gathered that was due to the style. The bread used was quite good though. I also got a chia pudding that was good but a bit pricey. They had some interesting bakery items and take and bake stuff the I will have to try sometime. They have a pretty good amount of outdoor seating but I was there just before noon and when I was leaving, there was a pretty good line for them. I will have to order online to avoid the line if I come back around the same time.

Cute shop with great baked goods and bread. Highly recommend the curry chicken sandwich. Took a star off because of the cappuccino. I went near close so not sure if that had anything to do with it, although it shouldn’t. It tasted a bit like burnt espresso or old grounds.

Got their Blueberry cream cheese kouign amann(amazing), a raspberry tarragon danish(good), and an olive ciabatta(great, but pretty thin and doesn’t keep long).

The food I had was delicious. I had the avocado toast and the hummus toast, both on very good gluten-free bread. Based on all the people eating there or picking up orders, all their food is good. The service was quick, and the prices seemed reasonable to me for high quality food.

The worst breads I've ever tasted and they have the audacity to charge three to four times the cost of a regular organic tasty bread. And... the service people were rude and unplesant. They also charge 10 dollars for a dozen eggs. When I can get the same eggs from the farm for 5 dollars.
Anyways, back to the bread.
I was so excited to hear about them moving to Boulder. Went there a couple of weeks ago. In my excitement I bought three loaves of breads and two muffins. I was shocked by the extraordinary expensive prices, three to four times the price of a regular loaf.
I came back home so excited to eat, I was so very disappointed. It was like eating cardboard.
That's my review folks. Try it for yourself or don't try it at all, if you don't want to throw good money away.

Fantastic little bakery with a great sandwich and salad menu. Very friendly staff. It’s walk up only with out door seating. Easy to just take it to go.
So hang out of take out but go check Moxie’s out!

Great little place for both snacks and breakfast. They have coffee and sandwiches and a variety of baked sweets. We had cookies and orange pecan cinnamon roll. Cinnamon role was quite good, very unique. The cookies a bit crunchy, but absolutely melt in your mouth! Highly recommend checking out if you walking around downtown Louisville
