Food as usual is good !!! Service, however needs improvement !!! This location is quite busy and that is no excuse for poor service !!!!
I ordered the pimento jalapeños chicken honey glazed sandwich it was really good
Chick-fil-a is always great, but the staff at this location are the most efficient of them all. The queue is crazy but totally worth it. Also the prices are slightly higher than Chick-fil-a on Bardstown Road.
Always efficient and all the food is fantastic! This is the only Chick-fil-A and it's always busy during lunch hours but they have a good system in place to make it manageable even if it is very backed up. Friendly, fast service.
This is a campus restaurant, so it's smaller and has less variety. The food is just as delicious as any other location. At peak lunch hours the lines get huge due to all the students eating there for lunch, but the staff is usually very quick and efficient compared to other restaurants. Great option

When it comes to being fast and friendly, this place nails it! They handle a high volume and keep a great attitude. Others could learn a lot from them. I do wish the menu had more to offer though.
