I go to this place to get breakfast almost every morning and I love the food! The employees are very nice and I almost know them all. Especially there is this one girl who doesn't work all the time and I only see her there some times. She is absolutely nice, and sweet, and always treats the customers with a beautiful smile on her face!!!

Best coffee by far. Crushes the garbage coffee served at Starbucks. Donuts are also good but not good for you. Sometimes you have to enjoy them as one of life's simple pleasures. 😊

Love this place fast service perfect order each time. I went to the drive thru today, and was greeted with huge smile by this polite, well mannered gentleman, he actually ask me how I was doing...So good to see people still care about their job and customers. Second time at this location and it was good. The man that served me was polite and made my drink correctly. He also stirred in the mocha all of the way which doesn’t always happen at other DD locations. I have no complaints! It was a good experience, thanks!

I've been to this location a couple of times and it's been ok. I'm never super impressed by DD'S customer service, so I always go in with little expectations, but this location is fine. They get my order right and the coffee's always delicious. They could use some customer service training but that's could be useful at all locations.

Great Mediterranean styled restaurant in the once small town of Venice, FL. The food and wine selections should satisfy most diners. The only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 was the relatively slow service and the size of the crowd in or near the restaurant, both the result of short staffing and the sheer numbers of people flocking to that area of Florida. A good restaurant to visit but not in February.

About 4 months ago, ownership at this location changed. I had avoided coming here until then due to the absolute incompetence of the prior franchisees and their staff. However, the new franchisee and their family have really turned it around. The folks working here couldn’t be kinder or more accommodating. They bake plenty of donuts and are very friendly. They accommodate special requests. Fresh coffee ready all the time. More than happy to rate these folks 5 stars for their hard work. Only slight criticism might be the cleanliness of the lobby at times - but hey, when your doing the right things you will get busy and cleaning can be hard to get too. 08/2018
