Been occasionally buying cookies at the J-Mall location for 20+ years. Great Peanut Butter Cookie. Chocolate Chip, Maple and Chocolate very good. Best if you can catch them warm. Staff generally
O.k Not overly friendly. Dont recall any issues. Selection seems down when I visited recently. Maybe because business is down in Jmall. A bit pricey. But, bottom line...the cookies are very good.

THIS PLACE IS AWSOME PROBABLY THE BEST COOKIE PLACE LOCATION IN AMERICA A SUPER GREAT MANAGER BY THE NAME OF DIANNA SHE IS SO SWEET AND COURTEOUS AND AN EXCELLENT ROLE MODEL FOR ALL THE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS TO...THIS PLACE ALSO HAS EXCELLENT HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES WHO DESERVE BONUSES AND A PAY RAISE FOR SURE THE BEST WORKER HERE IS CAMREN SHE IS THE HARDEST WORKER OF ALL OF THEM SHES POLITE TREATS ALL HER CUSTOMERS WITH COURTESY RESPECT AND FAST PACE SERVICE EVEN WITH A LONG LONE SHE KNOWS HOW TO KEEP IT MOVING FAST!!
