My experience with this McDonald's was at first a three-star experience being the fact that they had forgotten to put items on my order in my bag. However they didn't give me any complication on fulfilling my order completely when I came back through the drive-thru line and explained what I was missing. Most McDonald's seem to have an attitude when you address the situation especially missing food or anything of that nature but I was surprised to see that the employee working the drive-thru line was very considerate to my needs and did not give me an attitude at all and I was very grateful for that. And the food actually ended up tasting better then most McDonald's so it overall was a good experience.

Took my grandkids to McDonald's for dinner and got my favorite drink....the frozen coffee Carmel frappe with extra Carmel drizzle....mmmm so good!

We go in after midnight. The burgers or fish are always hot. The French fries, even at that time of night, are super hot! The employees are friendly and our order is always correct. They definitely know how to keep the line moving and the food delicious! Our go-to after midnight, always!

This is typically the fastest drive thru in the city. I love that they are open 24/7 and they don't give you the "the machine is down" excuse when I order a frappe. Friendly staff on nights as well. Thank you.

This McDonald's is an absolute joke to fast food I live right by it so I am constantly eating here unfortunately because of proximity. Eight to nine times out of ten my order is wrong here along with rude service and horrible wait times!! I'm getting to the point where I will drive 5-10 miles out of my way just to avoid eating here! I felt compelled to write a review because I am so fed up with the horrible service here and would hope in return somebody straightens this place up!!!!! Sincerely very aggravated customer

Just left with all breakfast sandwiches were wrong. Then was told they don’t carry butter for pancakes? Drinks were wrong and the lady at the window kept asking what our order was. We told her and her response was “This is why I hate working here”.
This is consistently the worst McDonalds in Louisville. Called to see if we could get the correct food and the “manager” hung up on me about a minute and a half into the call.

Please observe your food before you eat it! The fast food restaurants have gone way down hill. Just went to McDonalds in Fern Creek to get food for the kids. We get back and as they are about to eat we realize there is mold on one of the mc muffins. The manager was polite however, his employees accused us of putting something on the sandwich as if we grew the mold ourselves. If these kind of employees want minimum wage increased to $15 an hour, they should know if there is something GREEN on a white bun, it is not to be sold! Also, they could learn better customer service and know not to accuse or talk down to the customer. Learn how to do your job!
