Review Mcdonald's - Louisville

I went on a Friday around 5-6pm. The manager on duty had to work outside-under no cover from the sun on a 94 degree day-all while being 10-20 feet away from a pressure washer. She served the line by walking back and forth to each car multiple times because the normal lane was closed from the pressure washing. Super impressed with her positive attitude. 5 stars!

I was pleasantly surprised. Last night I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries. I didn’t notice until I arrived home that I had been given another customer’s triple cheeseburger with ketchup only. The time was 1:15 am and I was not going back out to correct it. When I checked my email this morning I saw the order had been refunded to my card. I’m guessing the other customer went back for the correct sandwich and the crew realized the mistake. I’m very happy with the extra service provided.

Stopped here for a late dinner. The service was quick even at a later time of day. I ordered 2 McDoubles and a large fry and it hit the spot!

I'd never thought I'd rate a McDonald's but this one right here deserves to be rated, they are usually pretty quick and the food is usually always hot even when it's late night!

Great staff. Management team- Luquida, Muhammad, Abdullah, Kayla... absolutely kind and generous employers. Take care of their staff and care about their safety!!! Definitely recommend this location for employment, quick- professional service, and affordable meal selection.

The morning manager is a top notch professional. Always has it moving quick and efficiently. I'm sorry I don't have his name. Next time I'm in there I will get it and post it.

Don't order the fish unless it's made to order fresh and hot, then it is the Best!!! Order the double fish filet, only $1 more, and well worth it!!!

We was in drive-thru. They was responsiblely fast and the food was fresh.

It's a McDonald's, soo...What makes this one different are the very hard working and dedicated people who work there. Clean, excellent service, kudos to everyone who works so hard for us!!

I used the drive-through this morning. Fast service and acupuncture order. The two people at the windows were friendly and courteous. The food was hot and fresh. You can't ask for more than this at a fastfood drive through. 5 stars all the way.

After communicating with corporate, and the manager at the local level for this store, I have found this location to be the worst fast food restaurant, in terms of service, that I have ever encountered! In the 12 years I have visited this location sporadically, at least 75% of the time the order is wrong! I even had the manager call me and apologize, offer a free meal, and when I returned...they left food off my order. Therefore, eat there if you want, but I don't believe there is hope for this place. *** UPDATE*** The store is slowly getting better. I guess new mgmt, new employees??? My son has went a couple of times and says it's been good. So, we shall see. ***UPDATE #2*** Great progress now. No issues after several trips. 1st review is at least 6 yrs old, so definitely new management and employees. So, give them a try. It's McDonald's.

I've been here for 20 minutes or so with my son. Both of our orders (and the people behind us as well) were wrong, and every single table in the dining room is dirty while 4 employees have gone on break and the manager is sitting in the dining room chatting with his family. There are piles of trash on top of 2 tables and employees just walk right past, 2 of them even sitting and eating at a table right next to the garbage. No one has bothered to wipe down or throw away anything since we've been here. Sadly this is typical of the times I've been here.

On February 13th of 2017, my daughter and I had went to the doctor off old LaGrange Road and we have eaten at the McDonald's a few times before that is the best McDonald's on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 10, The french fries was hot and just salted perfect and my double Quarter Pounder was amazing just the amount of extra pickle, extra onion, & mustard and ketchup on my burger,My daughter got a triple pounder cheeseburger but just pickle and cheese she said it was fantastic we got 20 piece chicken nuggets that were Golden Crisp, hot you could not taste a bit of cooking oil in the fries or the chicken nuggets and her mocha latte was the best and my Coca-Cola was just so full of taste when usually most Fountain drinks are just water down or you can actually taste the coke syrup but on a scale of 1 to 10 I give the McDonald's on Old Lagrange Road A10!!! Now I live in Portland in the city of Louisville the 40212 area code our McDonald's down here on North 22nd Street right off of the expressway across from the Boone's service center, It's just plain down disgusting, it's dirty, there is drug addicts laying against side of the building, in the bathroom shooting up heroin, the grease to cook your fries and the chicken nuggets in, you can pick up your French fries and they are brown and grease will drip out of them and when you eat your burger it's parsley raw in the middle there's so much mustard or ketchup on it you never get your food right the store is nasty, dirty bathroom toilets is filthy I would not eat there it would take a lot of money from there to eat there people still go there I don't know why I go to the Subway or the Dairy Queen across the street but we always jump on the McDonald's on Old Lagrange Road when we have the opportunity to if corporate office reads this review someone needs to come to the West End of Louisville in Portland 40212 and they need to actually shut down this McDonald's and condemn it because it's nasty, filthy, sickening, disgusting, horrible of maggots facility, and I am not lying I have had a manager actually tell me that corporate office will not allow them to change out the oil that the french fries and food is cooked in we need help on this McDonald's down here on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a negative -50!!!!?

Food was inedible. Our party of five ate the bread from our burgers and enjoyed our drinks, but the fries were flavorless and covered in the grease logged crumbs of past fries on all five orders. It looked like the fryer hasn't been cleaned in years. Took us over ten minutes to order food for my son and myself because the guy kept entering our order wrong so I had to keep correcting him. How does it take ten minutes to order a #2 and use a coupon from the app? Why were the fries littered with disgusting crumbs?

Went thru the drive thru on Friday November 3 at 8:36 in the morning. My change should have been 14.19 and she handed me the change and folded it in half with the money inside. When checking she only gave me $4.00 dollars. So I guess she tipped herself 10.00 of my money. Not cool! Called and manger didn’t even offer to do anything about it. Moral of the story always check your change. I go there a lot but won’t be going there anymore.

Go to another location. Rude staff and your order will likely be wrong. If you question anything or ask for the correct items, you will be treated like it was your fault for repeating your order 3 times.

Worse service ever I went there around midnight I work across the Street, the staff is very rude, they apparently told us there’s a wait on MChickens and the Drive Thru and the cashier did not say that and we came back for and food it was apparently are fault and the manger on duty is a always rude and nasty.

Food was good but $$ has gone up within 24 hours. Last time I'm eating there

If i could give the Mcdonalds on Lagrange Rd a minus star i would. I just went through the drive thru and received terrible service from the employees. I ordered a big breakfast and when i got home i opened the bag to find no syrup or butter for my pancakes or jelly for my biscuit. You can't eat pancakes with no syrup so i might as well not gone there because i still have no breakfast. When i called the phone rang forever before they answered it. And when the girl did finally answer she was rude. She told me i could come back and they would give me some. As i got ready to explain i couldn't come back she hung up on me. I tried calling back and no one ever answered. I am very upset over this.

I stopped in this morning thinking I would try the new slushie, of course their machine is broken. I thought this was something new. Guess that machine didn't last very long. So I said okay well I'll just have a sprite, pull around to get my sprite (after paying) and the lady tells me their sprite isn't working either. .. ? I said okay can you just give me a coke or is that broken too, luckily the coke machine was working. Ridiculous.
