Domino's Pizza

I love their chicken habanero sandwiches. And have found a favorite with the spinach feta cheesy bread. Depends on which pizza crust you like. Some are great and some not so much. But you have about five choices. They have really expanded their menu. Plus they deliver & you don't have to go through a Door Dash to get it & get charged for delivery. And yes, I do tip the driver but I can do that online.

I had such a great customer service experience here! Kandis (glad I asked how you spell it!) was fantastic. I needed a very large order placed same day and she was so patient and helpful, including helping me navigate through current deals to get the best bang for my buck. Delivered right on time, super hot, and everyone was happy and full. Thank you for taking care of us - we will definitely order from you again!

I order from this domino's often and in 4 years until today have never had issue. If you notice I still gave them 5 stars and it's because this place is awesome. We all have orders that get screwed up but the way it was handled was perfect. We will continue to use domino's as our quick go to big pizza place to order from.

They are pretty much consistent in their customer service, and we have very little to almost no problems with the St. Matthews location!! They are just all around a well-oiled machine. The staff are so friendly, and the food is also consistent in its quality/being delish— the only thing I have had issues with are by boxes being soaked with grease/butter by the time I get home, and one time it ruined the seat of my car. I didn’t complain though, because it wasn’t too bad. The Hikes Point store is closer, but we literally bypass them to get to St. Matthew’s store. We’ve been kept waiting for a super long time maybe twice in the years we’ve been ordering from there. Overall—they’re definitely awesome, and I’ll See them soon!

I know some people are rude, but it's also how you treat a person to make them act like that. I'm not condoning the person's actions by being rude but, you can't blame a driver for the pizza being made wrong because it's made by the in-store employees, not the driver. The driver only makes pizzas if the store is busy. It's the driver's job to get you you're pizza with a smile and reasonable time. The driver is already gonna be respectful and helpful. At least that's part of the job.
