Your cashier Rock, her customer services skills are outstanding. She is running, the Register, DoorDash pickup, and serving customer, at the same time making sure all your customer are welcome, greet and get everything perfect. I wish I had her name. I want to thank Ms. Renee, she was so nice and welcoming. You really just don’t get much hospitality these days and it’s people like her and the young man upfront with the dreads that make the world a better place. My daughter and I were rushing and they took great care of us and served hot fresh food. I just wanna say thank y’all. You never know who’s day you might make & I just appreciate y’all so much‼️❤️
I place my mobile order online and when I arrived the app had glitched and I could not find my code. Without haste, the workers pulled the order up by my name and had me to pull around. At the window they were extremely friendly but had me pull forward because my fries were not ready. Ordinarily I would let that deduct a star somewhere. However, the perfect temperature of the fries and the precise correctness of my order along with their disposition has encouraged me to give them five stars all across the board. Great job team 👏!

I FINALLY got to taste the Grimmace meal. It wasn't all the hype I thought it would be. But my meal was hot n fresh so I'm not complaining at all.
These guys rocked it again. Delicious food, exceptional service, beautifully refurbished and order-ready.
