Ive been here a few times this month for the new mushroom menu items. There have been some great improvements not only with the new speaker assistant but staff and management as well. I have not had any issues in which i hardly ever have. But the service and food is amazing!

Fast service warm food quick trip easy to access off 31. Only negative they put way too much ice in your cup.
Drive thru and walk up window this is also the only Rally's that I've been to that has indoor seating

Hit the spot for my family expected. Recommend the company as a whole request the food vendor that supplies the beef use less salt. Salty task is become a consistency at many location across many states. I didn't order anything for myself due my assumption that it would be salty so when offered a small bite from my wife's burger my assumption held true and she also agreed it was a bit salty. I understand salt is a key preservative so maybe I will just stay away and let others partake.

Restaurant was running with only 1 person. Not fair for her and could be potentially dangerous to customers. This Restaurant should not put money before the safety of their customers or their workers.
Even though she was alone, she did a good job with my order

Can’t beat the prices these days and the season fry’s are to die for my favorite though is the mushroom and Swiss burger thank goodness they haven’t stop serving theirs like DQ and others

Easily one of the best fast food restaurants I've ever been too, the chips where so nice. The burgers where ok too. Milkshakes where really nice too. Overall good experience.

Food very delicious and fast service. Lobby is closed so I am deaf I can't hear on drive tho speaker and I pass to window they glad help me what I need order.. very friendly

On Dixie highway in valley station. Food was great hot and fresh. Took a few mins to get through the line but it's worth it. The young lady who wears the red sweater is loving her job no matter how people act on the intercom. She is good at her job I wish I would have gotten her name last 3 times I have been there. Sorry girlfriend. Thank you all for a job well 👍
