It was a Saturday night and Finn just had to have Rally fries there were 4 cars ahead of us and only 2 people working but the orders were coming out QUICK we waited 10 minutes. Service was super polite and very good. And it was 90 degrees at 9 p.m!This Rallies and the employees are a model of what the rest of the fast food places should be doing. I hope someone really does read this who could do something nice for them.
Only regret is that we didn't get the strawberry swirl cone. Finn really likes ice cream.

I love Rally's but my order is usually not prepared correctly. Even if im the front of the line. Prices have went up. So if I'm paying more i want it correct. Not just one visit, every visit for months! At random times. The workers are nice but need to focus on accuracy. Please! Thank you for your work!

Long lines, they need to open the second drive thru lane again. Went at about 9:30 in the evening and was told that they were only taking EXACT CHANGE! Card reader was down and they were only able t I so EXACT CHANGE! guess what, I had EXACT CHANGE. For two cheeseburgers, LG fry and two drinks my total was $14.58. So I have them EXACT CHANGE, a $5, 6 $1's, 14 quarters, a nickel and 3 pennies. I had a hungry child in the back seat and when it comes to my son, I can get real petty real quick.

Went to Rally's on Preston in Louisville Ky 04/26/22; the young man that took my order and was at the window was very pleasant. Our order was perfect and yummy. Thank you for the great service.

They are the only restaurant open late around here. They were out of sauce for wings, ice cream machine was turned off already, and the guy who took my order needs to have an attitude adjustment. Disappointing experience.

Pulled up to the drive through and was asked to come back in 15 mins because the "system was down." Idk what register system requires 15 mins to reboot WITHOUT a technician servicing it. Not to mention the person in front of me with the Alabama plates still sitting at the drive through window. So I guess the system just went down once I pulled up. Ok

First time stopping at this Rally’s. Line was long but moved at a reasonable pace. But they forgot my Brookie that I ordered. Was kinda disappointed when I got home bc that’s $2.29 I basically just gave them for free.
The other food I ordered was good though. Plenty of fries and the Buford burgers were cooked well.

Hardly ever open in the evening even during operating hours. Also will sometimes be open but for doordash/grubhub only. No way to know besides showing up and being disappointed. I know staffing is difficult right now, but other places in the same area are at least trying. I don't bother even attempting this place anymore.
