Review Buffalo Wild Wings - Louisville

The service was great! Though, they were out of Strawberry lemonade, the waiter was very apologetic and did her best to make it a good experience to eat again at Buffalo WW. Free wifi is also a plus!

So, the staff were super nice. We spend around $100+ in total and they gave an amazing discount. The food was really tasty as well, I'm a huge burger lover and their burgers was amazing! Only downside was the desserts took ages to come so we had to cancel our order but they did complain they were short on staff.

This place is kinda a pain to get to to park in the back through an alley, but the food makes up for it. It is also the only thing that was open late at night 11pm on Bardstown road besides bars so it was a sight for sore eyes. We were seated promptly and got our food pretty quick. I could tell they do not get many people that ate as late as we did but they did not make a fuss. Food was great and service was prompt even with them starting to wind down. I left a good tip since they really helped us out that night.

Typical buffalo wild wings experience, great food and alright beer with tons of sports going on!

we had the absolute worst experience here tonight. we got our correct drinks, and our appetizer came out in a timely manner, but that was the extent of the good service. our server came up to once 10 minutes after we had ordered and asked if we had ordered (we had...ten minutes prior). five minutes after THAT, he asked my friend what sauce she got and what kind of wings she got. we didn't receive our food until 30 minutes into having been sat. i had ordered french fries but didn't get them with my meal, and when i asked for them later i still never received them. our server had handed us the bill right after he finally put in our food order, but it was split up wrong because he never asked how we wanted it split, and obviously we never had a chance to ask him. it's a good thing we didn't get charged for the fries (because he never rang them in), because i NEVER got them. we also each got one refill, and not until towards the end of the meal. we dropped some cash on the table and started to leave, but he came up to us and starting making comments about our WEIGHT and telling us we didn't eat enough for i guess what was his standard. i am a server as well, so i understand that people get busy and stressed out, but this was unacceptable. if we do come back to this location, or restaurant, which are both very unlikely, we will ask for any server except the one we had.

Worst service I've ever received not only by the server, but the manager was very standoffish towards my group and just kept asking what she can get me for free. Didn't care about my complaint of never receiving silverware after the food took more than an hour and then took the server over 20 mins to never come back with silverware and me having to go get it myself from the front desk. Really bums me out because we come here with a group all the time and we all are general managers at restaurants and bars around Louisville. Hope that I get a better experience if we ever go back

Everyone but my server was nice. We had to keep asking other servers to help and I do know at least one time I had to refill my own drink. The funny thing is he was taking care of all the tables around us but not my table of four. I came there 1-15-17 8:45-10 the greatest thing about this place is I was able to watch my Steelers beat the Chiefs ass!!!!! Bad Service!!!

Awful service tonight. I have been here for over an hour and a half and finally got my food, which was wrong. Never could find my server and finally gave up and didn't even get to eat. What a waste of time and money.

My family and i went on friday and had a blast. The service was great. The waitress really cared about everything we had to say. Great restaurant i will most definately go ago very soon. I have been to so many places in louisville and my best experience this far

I love bw3. This establishment on BAtdstown rd sucks! The food, the service and the smell! Never again.

Nacho are gross, no meat all chips. Poor service.. Not leaving a tip and never returning to this location

No big deal. Once again typical sports bar food. Flavorless no effort food. Fun place to watch the game usually packed for big games. Alchol is kinda priced high. The food took forever and refills too. Not impressed but wasn't expecting to be.

First of all, I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. I travel for a living so no matter where I'm at, I find one. Food is terrific and service is right on time. So, that being said, I was sorely disappointed when I called the Highlands store tonight. I called in advance to see if one of my favorite bartenders were working. I spoke with a girl named Mahogany, who seemed bothered that she had to do her job. I asked her a simple question,"who is bartending tonight". She kinda chuckled and replied,"I don't know." When I asked her if she could find out, she huffed in my ear and put me on hold. The manager finally picked up the line and promptly and politely answered my question. Bottom line: Buffalo Wild Wings is a fantastic sports bar and has terrific food. But Mahogany should be working elsewhere with such a terrible attitude.

The bartender just said he was too busy to refill our empty waters and pointed us to the drink machine.

The service is borderline disgusting! Absolutely astonishing! We waited at least 30 min to be greeted. I will take my money to another location.

This was the first time I ordered ribs at BWW and they were surprisingly good. Will have to get them again. Overall this one was good, but yeah the parking was not good (although parking on Bardstown Rd is normally bad). The wife however did say the women's restroom was very bad and disgusting.

Wings were over cooked to the point there was little actual meat left. It's possible to dry wings without destroying them, but they don't know how to do that here. Go anywhere else for wings.

Frozen wings deep fried. Yuck

Still B-dubs.. Food isn't bad, but the parking situation is terrible.
