I really hope Thomas in the drive thru is a manager. His communication, friendliness, professionalism, plus level of service is impeccable. If it wasn't for the fact I just moved to Louisville he is someone I would try to poach as an upscale service manager back home. It's hard to leave that kind of impression during an interaction in drive thru fast food. Go Thomas.

I use the drive-thru when I visited this Arby's. The nostalgic look of it was pleasing. The cashier in order to take a were very friendly and everything that I could see was clean. They got my order right and it looked delicious. Upon tasting everything was hot and crispy. Highly recommend

Clean store with a fully functional original Arby's sign, greeted with a genuine "have you been helped". Cashier was attentive, quick and efficient... bringing out 2 trays divided per person with what we ordered, like you would expect during fine dining. Great prices compared to places with similar quality items. I and a guest ate for less than $12 and were completely satisfied, buying plenty to make us full (2 for $5 thanks to mailed coupons & 2 for $6). I was jealous of my roommate, who loved the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. She wanted what I had too. I guess we will have to go back. They actually did have the meats and got a bell ding when we left. Great staff

We used the drive-thru and for an Arby's the service was quick and they knew exactly what it was my son was ordering for us. They were on top of asking about coupons and all in all the employees were very polite and pleasant. Oh and to not leave anything out the food was good and the portions were full unlike some of the fast food restaurants now days.

Arby's was a good experience when I worked there years ago. And ive loved their roast beef from day one. Not this visit but on a previous one(same store) I had the BEST FRENCH DIP Ive ever had. It was hot and the meat melted in your mouth. Oh my!! What else can I say. The store looked good too. Hats off to ya!! Lol!!!!

My mom had just picked me up from getting off work ,to go get food from arby's on 3rd street ,and we ordered our food .I have got to say Thomas the daytime manager there is really nice ,and always makes sure that your food is fresh ,in my opinion ya'll need more managers like him who are kind ,and willing to go the extra mile for their customers ,he's one of ya'lls greatest managers,
