Wonderful service, amazing food!!! Great happy hour deals on drinks. Had a wonderful time! This was my first time eating here and I'm sorry it took this long to discover it!!

We do not normally eat here but was wanting something different. If I was giving stars for service. It would be beyond 5 stars. Our waitress was amazing. Catered to us very well, made sure she knew she done an amazing job by our tip. I gave a 4 star because the spinach dip was not the best. And I had coleslaw and it was not good took a bit out of it pushed it away. Other than that it was really good. The rest of our food was really good. Will most likely go back in the future.

Good food. Kids eat most food for free. The dinner rolls are addicting. We had slow service on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was not too busy, but it took quite some time to get our server to our table. She was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We will go again.

The steak was a little undercooked for medium well. Something I find common in eatting out. The baked potato also could have cooked a bit longer. The lemon pie was really good. Service was fine, but not outstanding. Place was clean. Atmosphere was very pleasant.

The Manager Patrick and the waitress were awesome to us. He even came sat down and chatted. We enjoyed his company. We discovered that he was a Manual crimson like my friend and I. They gave us A one A service with a smile and pleasantries. I definitely have not been treated like this at O Charley's since being served by David on Dixie Hwy. I didn't think the service got any better. The place was so nice and very clean. The staff that wasn't even takibg care of us spoke. It was a great experience.

This ocharleys it was the best meal and the friendliest good down home service of any meal I've had in a long while. The steak was seared and had a delicious taste, as did the fried chicken tenders they literally melt in your mouth.

The service was very good. The waitress was great! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant building is in great need of a complete cleaning and upgrades. Old food on the window seal and worn cushions.

Amazing wait staff! Our server Alisha was friendly and did a great job. Our food was hot and prepared correctly. Over all, I would say it was a perfect dining experience.

We truly loved it. I'm going in for surgery on exactly one week. So this was kind of my last nice meal. So we both had 16 oz. Prime ribs. Didn't make ourselves sick but we have food for a week. Delicious! We'll be back.

Despite some minor difficulties, the dinners were delicious. My waitress first brought me unsweet tea instead of ordered sweet. When the dinners were served, I had sweet potatoes instead of smashed w/h bacon. My friend got a rare steak instead of medium rare ordered. Then when we had to leave to make a meeting we could not find anyone to pay for a few minutes. All was corrected.

I've ate here for years! This is the best O'Charleys in town! They've always come through and provided a great meal at a great price. The service is always top notch and accommodating. I get the buffalo chicken tenders with fries each time, they are very, very good.

will not be eating there again... waitress was good, but food not so good. grandson's pizza was not even cooked, looked like it came straight from a frozen pack, and warmed in microwave...:(

When we arrived, we sat at our table for about 12 minutes before anyone ever stopped by to take our drink and food order. During that time however, we saw five different servers, one manager, and one busser. All who looked at us as they passed, but none ever stopped. This was not a busy time for the store because half of the dining room was empty. We also saw three tables get sat after us, yet receive service right away, and all but one of those tables ordered before us. It took about 25 minutes for our food to come out once we ordered. We had to rush to eat, and paid as soon as the food arrived. We got to the restaurant early enough (or we thought it was early enough), to eat and leave without rushing, because we had movie tickets for that evening. But nothing went the way we planned, and we were rushed to eat and leave because of the lack of service. I am a server myself, so I do not complain about any restaurants and/or service unless it is truly that bad. I understand how the system works, and I notice things that normal people do not. But this experience was so terrible that not only will we not be returning to this location, but we will not be returning to any O'Charleys! The food is not that spectacular to begin with, and it definitely was not worth the time and aggravation we felt from this last visit.

Food was decent. Kitchen was extremely slow. Service was slow. It wasn’t busy so it seems there’s a lot of mismanagement. Felt bad for our server but the manager should have addressed our wait time and mistakes with food. We waited an hour and a half for our food.

We won’t be back as a family of 3. O’Charley’s food is delicious, don’t get me wrong, however we were extremely disappointed tonight. Our drinks were never refilled from when we sat down. It took at least 40 minutes to get our meals. We saw another family of 4 walk out before they were even greeted by their server. I walked up to the bar, myself, to refill my Diet Pepsi. The bartender overfilled the glass and I was not accepting that. I explained that the glass is now dirty and sticky. With an attitude, he redid it and slammed the straw down on the bar. I spoke to the manager, Jocelyn, and it was very discouraging. She apologized, offered no compensation and explained that the restaurant has had bad management and they are working on turning things around. In my book, not an excuse! The only thing turning around is my back to the door! We will not be back to any O’Charley’s. Did I mention our little one (who was with us) is 2?! Parents, you know how we feel........

We sat down in a booth and tried to order the happy hour appetizers and a meal off the main menu. We have ordered this same combo several times and NEVER sat in the bar. Watress tells us she will have to get her manager to override the "bar bites" appetizers order since we were not sitting in the bar. Mind you, it does not say anywhere on the smaller bar menu that you have to be seated in the bar. There is also a "bar" menu on every table in the restaurant. The manager was so rude. He told us we had to be in the bar to get the happy hour, but admitted the menu was misleading. Then reaffirmed we needed to be sitting in the bar. I told him we wanted what we ordered or we were leaving. Plan and simple--the rudest. The manager acted like he was doing us a favor. Sad. Pathetic excuse for customer service.

Our waiter Josh was awesome! The food was great and the dessert was delicious! Josh is a manager and he gave us outstanding above and beyond service. The hostess was a very sweet girl too. Thank you for a nice dinner! We will be back!

Three times have been to this restaurant with poor service. Today was the last. No hostess. The staff just goes about their business essential leaving you there for 10 minutes or more with out even a hello. Today the service was so bad the waitress had to retake our order because it disappeared after we had sat for about 45 minutes. Then the order was wrong. The waitress assured us there would be no charge...then brought us a bill for over 35.00. When we complained they took off 25%. After a discussion with the manager, it was cleared up. But they won't get another chance with me. Even OCHARLEYS website doesn't work right. There is no way to complete the comments. Shhesh.

Service was awful! Waited 10-15 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order!! Brought my salad out after meal and never refilled our drinks or rolls! Had to repeat desert order twice!!

Service was horrible. Took forever for waitress to even acknowledge us. We had to request refills. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and there was a bone still in it!! Waitress got another person's soup order wrong. Had to wait for the check and then had to wait to pay. Extremely disappointed!

We always love the food at O'Charleys, but the service was really lacking the other day. For a Wednesday, it wasn't very busy. However, we came in, and waited with another couple at the host stand for a hostess, we stood there for 10 minutes while other parties came in and waited as well, before a host finally came up to seat us. Countless other employees walked past and looked down so they didn't have to acknowledge us or sit us down. I've been a server, so I know it's part of their job as well to sit customers when they are waiting. After we sat down, we were greeted and received our drink order, but we didn't receive any silverware or plates. Our server asked what we wanted to eat, and we told her what appetizer we wanted and our dinner orders as well. She repeated it back to us to confirm, and walked away. After 20 minutes, we sat waiting for an appetizer that never came. We received our salad, but had to ask the manager for silverware after 10 minutes of waiting. When the waitress (who never came back to check on us) brought our dinner, we inquired where our appetizer was, and she said "Oh I forgot." and walked away. She never asked us if we still wanted it, or anything else. We finished our dinner, received our bill, and left. I understand that forgetting an appetizer happens, but there should have been more done to make us feel like we weren't just forgotten customers. I'm very disappointed in the service we received, however, our food was fantastic. 5 stars for the cooks who stayed on top of their game. But as for the hosts and servers, 0 stars, you have to always be attentive to your customers.

We were passing through from Virginia and wanted food to take to the hotel. This was our first time, and our last. I had ordered via their website. Pick up time was for 9:15 pm. We had to wait an extra 20 mins. Got to our hotel, realized we were missing three of our items. But we were tired and the baby was fussy, so decided to not go back. The food wasn't great either. I will be calling corporate to ask for a refund on the items not received.

The food was good. We went in to eat about 1:30pm and didn't leave until 3:30pm!!!!! Out waitress took forever!!!! and didn't even apologize. She only had 3 tables total and it was completely dead in there. It was just me and my mom and my 2 kids.

Great food and service !!! ... Was there as they were first opening ... the only negative I would have was the floor was slippery , whatever they use to mop with they shouldn't . There were some older folks there that were having trouble walking on the floods. ���
