Review Zaxby's - Louisville

We went to zaxby’s today because of terrible customer service at Jack in the box across the street. The girl at the counter could’ve been a little nicer, but other than that, the food was really good, you can actually eat in the dining room, (unlike Jack in the box) who’s doors were locked at noon on a Saturday!

The girl that was handling money in the drive-thru got our orders backward. Then the girl at the window was snotty when we asked for extra ranch. You would think she was paying for it by the way she acted. I don't mind paying extra for sauces. But train your people to at least be kind when someone asks for it.

My food is always perfect. The best place that delivers and gets it out quick and it's good. Love my food when I get it from there

I had the new philly sandwich. It was delicious. Also had the house salad which was good too.

Just went last night food was excellent very fresh. The cashier was also very good. I always like when they let you know how long your food will be. And he did tell me that the wings would take a little longer. And I appreciate that it was okay to wait

Nothing special, salad was a little warm but in their defense it was 95 degrees out today.

I went to the drive thru to get my food. The food was fresh and hot. The fries were a little undercooked for me. Overall was a great experience.

If you want deals on chicken, this is the place to go too. Very hot food, and clean indoor environment with great customer service. The trifecta of what you deserve from a restaurant

Went back again and still the best chicken tenders ever, but again the fries had been sitting there and were soggy and fell apart into potato pieces when you try to dip them in ketchup, but they still tasted somewhat ok. We tried the naked wings, no sauce, and they are wonderful too but definately not worth $18 with tax for 10 wingettes and peg legs , almost $2 each is a crazy price to pay for bone in chicken so we won't ever buy their overpriced wings again but the marinated for 12 hour chicken tenders are the most moist and flavorful chicken that tastes so good you don't even need dipping sauces and that's unheard of, far superior to Chick-fil-A tenders.

Always quick and fresh. Good work lunch for the price. They did short me a wing a few weeks ago, but when I ordered the same thing last week all the wings were really big and there were 2 extra so we're cool now.

The food was good but the best part of this visit is cause I got to spend time with my 23 yr old grandson & his g/f

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for good chicken. First of all, what chicken place that is worth a flip does not serve biscuits? On a recent visit, my family and I were hungry and went through the drive-thru rather late-ish in the evening. Based on previous visits to Zaxby's, my sole criticism aside from no biscuits was that the food is rather badly overpriced. This visit made me forget all that and eliminate this eatery from my list of places to go. As in ever. Again. Our house is just a short drive from the restaurant, so lack of freshness was not a problem in this instance. What was a problem was very unexceptional chicken tenders and some of the worst fries I've ever been served. They were salted to the brink of inedibility and extremely limp and soggy. At least half of the order of fries ended up in the trash. The coup-de-grace was my wife's order of so-called spicy fried mushrooms. This is no exaggeration. They were literally dripping with grease. I'm talking extreme, as in greasier than the greasiest Long John Silver's fish plank you've ever seen. These also found their deserved place in the trash after just a few nibbles. <br/>If you are hungry for chicken and driving north on Dixie Hwy., you would be well served to keep driving until you are almost to the White Castle at Greenwood. You will find what you are looking for on the left hand side of Dixie right before the L A Fitness parking lot. Hint?: It's Lose-i-ana fast and has the best buttermilk biscuits of any chicken place in all of the Southwest. Make sure you ask 'em for extra packets of honey for your biscuits.
