We came in at around 10:20. We didn't get food till around 10:55.
But I didn't mind that much, except they close at 11, so I was worried I'd have to rush.
But the bartender there was SO annoying. She apparently thinks what she has to say is super important and everyone in the place should hear it so she speaks super loud....about other bartenders she wants to sleep with. So that was annoying.
But the food was good; fries a little too salty but over all good.
Dined in recently and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, everyone was friendly, service great and food fantastic!
OK, I guess. Service here is hit and miss. I usually order carry out for one to three people. My orders are never that complicated- straight off the menu, basically. I have waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries, I have waited 10 minutes for dinner for two, including appetizers and desserts. Management is very generous if you choose to report a problem- after a disappointing dinner and slow service, I received a coupon for $25 worth of food. When I used the coupon and tried the restaurant again, the service was better, my order was correct, and all the problems I'd had before were remedied.

Sydney was wonderful. Short staffed and busy, she was very impressive and handled everything beautifully. Food was perfect. Glad we came.
Just stopped in for a couple drinks and some apps, beer was cold and food delicious. Melissa delivered excellent service which made me happy considering the last couple visits to a Applebee's left me feeling unwelcomed. (Different location). Overall a great time!
Great place to eat for a bargin. We had the chicken sandwich and fries. Taste was good n food was hot. Our waiter was great with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended this Applebee's. The only real issue is the carpet which is badly worn n in need of replacement. This carpet has needed replacing for at least the past 6 months but corporate hasn't produced the money to replace it.
We come to this Applebee’s fairly regularly, and we’ve never had a bad experience! We generally sit at the bar with Heather, and she’s just the best. Quick, friendly, and just great to chat with! 10/10, would recommend!
Great dinner.
Got the Bourbon Chicken & shrimp & wow, was it flavorful. The chicken was so juicy. My wife got the steak, it was over cooked but they made her a new one & it was better.
Service was little slow but our waitress was very nice. I felt like my portion was small but I was full.
Above all, food is delicious.
The bar tender Heather was great. Fast and friendly service. I try the new Bacardi buckets. The Atlantic breeze was so good I had two.

I've been to this location many times, but recently, we ordered through DoorDash to have it delivered. When the dasher got here, one bag of our order was missing which had one of the two entrees in it. I was furious, so I called the restaurant and ranted to the manager and then hung up on him. God bless him, he called me back, re-ordered DoorDash to come pick up what was missing from my order and have it delivered on their dime. Even fixed it again so it would be hot. Pedro was the manager that did all of this for me. And when he called me back to tell me what he had done, he was even kind enough to say that we had 'gotten disconnected' when we talked earlier, but I corrected him and took the blame for my frustration and told him that I knew he knew I hung up on him.
I cannot say enough kind things about this man. If you are in the Fern Creek area and need a good place to eat with good people, you MUST go to Applebee's and tell Pedro about your experience. His boss needs to understand just how important this man is to him because he saved a customer last night. I was ready to go on full blast about my bad experience, but he has given me reason to believe that folks still do care about doing a good job and making your experience as positive as it can be.
Pedro, thank you again for all that you did. I appreciate you and I hope your boss, your co-workers and Applebee's all do, too.
We were happy with the service. Food was reasonable and tasted better than anticipated. Decent option for a quick bite in Fern Creek if you're looking to avoid fast food.
Food was good service was excellent I would definitely go again
