Pretty good experience. What makes working at an establishment like this great are the relationships you build with your coworkers. Only issue is when those personal conversations can be heard by customers. There's always a time and place. I'm also glad I double checked my sandwiches as toppings I requested be put on them, didn't make it onto the sandwich. It happens, but let it be a lesson to always check your food before leaving.

The food is always hot and fresh. They need to put more meat and toppings on the sandwiches. It's more bread than anything. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Dude working on Labor Day got my sandwich done right. He was the only one in there at the time and I was like 5th in line and I still got my sandwich in like 10 minutes.

I work at a store nearby this location and absolutely love it! I come here for lunch all the time and they are so nice every time I come in. They make it fast even when they’re busy and they even have my name in their system ready since I come all the time lol. definitely recommend. Once their Mountain Dew wasn’t working and a girl working immediately fixed it and gave me a small fry as an apology. Very sweet people!!

The food was excellent. A hot sandwich and a bag full of fries - you can't go wrong. Unfortunately the individual who took my order was rather cold. Not rude, but it felt very much like a transaction. I had never ordered from Penn Station before, and I mentioned that. She seemed annoyed to be dealing with me. I noticed they have an app and I could've ordered from there. That's probably what I will do in the future. The food was excellent and I will definitely be returning for that reason alone.

This was my first time eating her and we dined in. The sandwich I had was a toasted turkey and cheese. It was simple but really tasty. Service was great, the restaurant was very clean and I will likely go back again

I got to talk with the GM there. It was so refreshing being there with someone who loves the job. So then good service. My sub was amazing!! Fries were solid. The cookie was delicious. My friend got some lemonade that she loved as well. Will be back.

The employees here yearly care about what they do and how they serve you. I went here again and again only because they do it right. Typically I get a Philly that is cooked fast and the onions are not caramelized. The staff here take the proper amount of time and care to ensure this is cooked correctly and are boy in as hurry and make it right. I want to say thank you to the staff.
