Waited in drive thru for 34 minutes. Their speaker was out so everyone had to order at the window. They didn't even open both windows so customers could order at one and pickup at the next.
I had previously visited on 6/3 around 5 pm and they had a sign on the drive thru that they closed at 3. I had already purchased and paid in the app, and had to wait for 30 minutes on hold because their app wouldn't allow me to cancel the transaction. I would try a different location, because this one can't get enough employees to run their restaurant properly!

Rude staff. We pulled in and saw people sitting in the lobby so we walked in since the doors were all unlocked. Only to be snapped at by a short heavy set black female that their lobby wasn't open and we had to use the drive-thru. I wasn't politely told "I'm sorry ma'am but the drive through is open for customers" or anything remotely close to a professional response . We were just driving through as we were here visiting friends and we now have learned never to come back to this location when we come back to town. Perhaps you should retrain your employees to be a bit professional.

This Wendy's is kind of a hit and miss sometimes it's good sometimes the service is really really bad. I have noticed when the service is bad the food is bad, when the service is great the food is always fresh and hot and tastes amazing. My kids love this Wendy's so we go there about 2 or 3 times a week and lack of time we've been they've gotten our order wrong and they've served us cold food on top of that I do understand there are low on employees but if you don't have any employees to run the business then you need to close down until you do because then nobody's going to come when you do have employees because the food in the service is horrible

I waited over 15 minutes for an order that was incorrect. Instead of replacing the incorrect hamburger, the order was refurbished and no longer hot (or even warm). The restaurant had trash on the floor and a trash bag sitting in the floor, in front of the condiment counter, the entire 45 minutes I was there. Not a pleasant sight to maintain an appetite. Overall, a bad experience for me.

The spicy chicken sandwich is not the same chicken as the other Wendy's. It's flat and gross. I'm pretty sure they sell you the $1 sandwich for $5.

I waited 15 min at the speaker to order at the drive through since the person said she was the only person working. Then when I try to order, they were out of everything. They probably shouldn’t be open if they don’t have food. I understand staffing shortages, but it’s frustrating to wait only to be told they were out of much of the menu.

On the way to work, 10 mins until they answered the drive thru window, 20 mins til food. Food was fine but the purpose was a bit defeated seeing as I was late to work because of it

I like the food here and since is very close to my house I tend to go once a week. The staff have always been average-good, however tonight around 8:40 pm the people at the window were very rude. I have ordered 2 large meals, but only one was large. When I told they guy about the size of the drink, he reacted very annoyed by my comment (even though I told him respectfully)... Sandwich was cold, but I preferred to avoid an unpleasant time and did not go back to complaint about this.
