You can never go wrong with White Castle! Great little burgers. This particular location is no different. This seems to be an older location that could use a bit of remodeling as that's why only 3 stars for atmosphere.
I can't speak on the atmosphere as I was drive-thru. But this has always been a go to WC for me. The lady that waits on me often, I think she said she's been with the company for "31yrs" wow😲she is AWESOME/friendly and most importantly she's OFFICIANT-and this location serves the hottest sliders too
Very good location but a bit hard to get into. Also at night time I had to wight for more than 5 minutes to just order. But I love White Castle because they don’t have them in California or Colorado. Hopefully one day they will 💙🙏🏽
I only gave the atmosphere three stars because we didn't need inside. I had my puppy so we didn't do that. The young lady that served us was very nice. The food was amazing. I don't get to eat white castles fresh that often. So yes, so so good. We'll be eating them again soon
Since we had a bad experience at a Krystals we came to White Castle. Food was much better and we got fast service. We got the 20 pack! Love them!!
Late night drive thru run after taking the wife to see Beyonce' in Louisville KY hit the spot. Service was great for as busy as they were. Staff is very polite too.
This has consistently been the best location I've eaten ate. Very fast. No missing items. White castle is white castle. It's not some "top notch" place But it IS top notch for particular instances or times of day... the location on Westport by my old house never had onion rings or cheese Stix after

It has been several years since I was at a White Castle and I was not disappointed. Food and service were great. Pricing was extremely reasonably even for family size meals.
Quick and fresh. Makes Dixie Hwy White Castle look bad. You need a good hour to get fast food at that location.
Service and food is great at this location and I've frequented it for years.
Only issue is getting in there on a busy day....It's nearly impossible to get in going westbound on Outer Loop, but that's not the restaurant's fault.
I have been to this location several times after work somewhere between 11p-2am and each time the food has been fresh, fast and correct! I have also had the same employee at the register several times (employee #1292) he is very professional, polite, and has a genuine and friendly smile!
