Review Burger King - Louisville

I go here regularly, and I have no idea what these negative reviews are talking about. The Staff here switches out often as any fast food place does, but I've never had any problems with them. The Managers and Supervisors are very good. The Food is fine. If there's a mistake, they fix it instead of argue about it like other places do. I usually show up at odd hours of the night when you would expect places to have bad service but I still get good.

Had to wait a few minutes on my order, but food was warm and tasted good. Wish the French Toast sticks were more warm. Also noticed the price was a little higher, I noticed because I always get the same thing. But that's just how it is nowadays, everything has increased in price. Right across the street from work, so I like that I don't have to travel far to get there..plus it's right beside Walmart and Speedway is just across the street. It's a very convenient location. P.S.:My biggest complaint with this place is sometimes the food isn't hot or the French Toast sticks are incredibly hard. I visited a week or so ago and the cheese wasn't even melted on my sandwich 👎 Update: it's Friday 2-25-22 went to get breakfast on first break, this time I tried bacon instead of sausage and asked for an extra piece of bacon. So looks like they just shoved some bacon into a croissandwich that waa already sitting under the heat lamp.. the only problem is it was sausage! So they forgot to pull the sausage off the sandwich. Really!? I couldn't get a fresh sandwich? So I got a bacon AND sausage, egg and cheese croissandwich...lol..I git both meats! And these daggone French Toast sticks. I love them but they are always cold and hard. But today took the cake. In the movie Harlem Nights when Eddie Murphy told Della she was "crusty and gnarled up:..I think he was actually describing these French Toast sticks! Totally unacceptable how hard they were, I couldn't break them with my teeth. I keep hoping one day they get the order right and stay consistent..come on guys..please do better..that's just lazy. If you want customers to come back you just gotta do better.

The food was delicious. Service was excellent. Dining room was very clean. My only complaint is that it was really cold in there.

Not happy about sitting in the drive-thru for roughly 10 minutes before ANYONE came to the window to acknowledge me.

Good food at good prices and friendly staff. Most nights when they have a full staff they are open later, sometimes until 11:00 pm or on Fridays and Saturdays until midnight. Great meals to satisfy the whole family! Very clean inside and out! Love this location!! 👍👍👍👍💛🐝💛

Food is great price is reasonable overall good enough

The employees here are the nicest employees I’ve ever came across in the industry. I have never met nicer people than this Burger King alone. They ALL deserve a raise. Seriously. Been over a year and it has never changed. Great job!

This store off of Chamberlain Lane and Westport Road is awesome! My orders have been always correct and fries hot. Friendly too!

It's your typical Burger King. I will say shout out to the staff when I want they got extremely busy everyone still had a smile on their face though and got everybody's meals out. The whole team handled it like a bunch of champs.

I go to Burger King quite often this Burger King on Westport road in front of the Walmart they make the best Whopper sandwiches I've ever ate don't know what they do it sure is good thank you Burger King

We use the drive through once every couple of weeks. My order has always been correct and the price is extremely reasonable for what we get and staff has always been friendly. I guess I can't really ask for too much more from a fast food burger joint.

While the boss running the counter was angry at employees for not showing up to work and putting a strain on the workers there, she took out her frustrations on the store, cleaning it and the back while we were there, and was still overall, relatively friendly to everyone. I have worked in a restaurant before so I get it definitely. Food was good, and environment quiet.
