Store is come a long way. Service has gotten much better and the staff are very friendly. Not a big fan of the automated system pros and cons for everybody I guess. But the humans there are great.
Usually quick service. Most of the staff very friendly.
At times there can be a problem with homeless people asking for change (symptom of the neighborhood).
Pretty fast service during daytime hours. Food was hot and fresh.

The guy at the window was wonderful. He worked with us about a coupon and he made it a great experience as it could have turned out bad but we were all happy our food was hot and fast and we decided to sit and eat at the tables as it was a nice day. Very good trip to Rally's we thanked both of them

I was tempted to leave because of technical difficulties with the speaker. I thought my weight was going to be longer than expected and the manager reassured me that she would take my order right away and get it right out to me I have my order in less than 5 minutes hot and fresh
Just went there today and the service was great. The guy taking my order in the drive through was very polite. I got my order quickly and the food was good too.
The lady working the drive thru was awesome...I will stop here again just because of her
When you're hungry and cash is low, this Rally's is the best way to go. I got 2 hot and fresh sandwiches that were very tasty for $4 plus tax. The drive thru was fast and friendly.
I’ve lived in this area my whole life, this Rallys has always been good despite the low staff. just went got food here on 12/7/2022 customer service was A+ didn’t mind the wait knowing there is still a worker shortage. Thanks you.
