I Arrived at the subway and tried to go inside, but the lobby was locked. And I thought well this is going to stink having to order through the drive-through and you can’t watch your stuff being made but to my pleasant surprise, it was just as personable and pleasant of an experience to order through the drive-thru you can still watch your food be made. In an area where all the restaurants around this place treat you like an inconvenience and a rude to you. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated so pleasantly I believe the lady who made our food was Danielle. She was so kind and patient and did such a good job on our food. It was the best subway we have ever eaten in our life and it was the most pleasant ordering experience. Give this girl a raise in her own store. She is stellar . The only thing that would’ve made this better is if they would have had the keto bread I’ve heard about. I was looking forward to trying that but my chop salad was amazing.

Subway on fern valley at 10pm Monday thru Thursday is the best place to eat at that time of night. The staff are extremely friendly and make the subs like they are for themselves. 3 girls in particular are there every time I go and they are delightful. As long as they are working there or someone with the same work ethic I will be a customer at least 2 times per week.

The staff was really nice and patient. They have the deal of the day, which is either a footlong or a 6 inch combo for $6. I was there at 9pm and everything was really clean. This subway is open 24hr and they give you a free cookie with every order. This is one of the best subways I have been to. I look forward to coming back.

I've been through the drive thru many many times the last few years and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and go above expectation to satisfy the customer. I've drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to this subway location several times. The food is always made correctly and delicious. Highly recommended this subway location!

I just get the chicken strips with my choice of veggies and garlic aioli. So good and only had a handful of issues out of all the times I've gone there. Being 24 hours has been really helpful with our work schedule.

Wonderful workers here. Any time I drop in for a bite to eat, the drive thru employees are quick, kind, and accurate with the order. Never had a problem here.

Everything was ready when I was there. ☺️ This visit was "TheBest, Ever!" It was so early, in the morning, Drive-Through was full, before staff was there...Sorry. Drive-Through is 24/7, here. Oops. 1 person, with a key, let me ask about coming in, & - after assuring me I was in the best place, the "Above&Beyond!" happened. I was asked for the name, on the order, & it was handed to me, soon, after - with, "Have a nice day!" wishes. Thank you! ☺️

Unfortunately tried to go in Subway to sit down and eat at 9 pm , and they just locked the doors .... subs are great but closing the dining room at 9 . Don't really like that...
