It was usual Panera. We were a bit disappointed in the outlets for charging your computer or phone while you work. We only found 1! But our food was good. We just couldn’t stay and work like we had hoped.

I always enjoy going to panera. I recently went to buy cinnamon rolls, and all four were burned. I didn't know it until I made it home. I was highly disappointed. Next time, I'll go inside the store and pick my own.

Food was good. Went through drive thru and had item missing from order. Walked back to window at drive thru and felt they didnt like being bothered.

I visit this location fairly often as it is nearby my church and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is good (some of my favorite restaurant Mac and cheese), and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I tried the signature chicken sandwich. It was delicious but I should have put mayo on it. It was lacking condiments. I would definitely get it again because of the cheese crisps on it and the brioche bun. Yum!

I can't say enough good things about Ben and his staff! I ordered on the app and requested delivery. (I have done this many times). So as you probably know, they use DoorDash. I noticed that on my work address the zip was wrong. So I called and spoke with Ben, he said door dash was not able to find me even with the corrected zip. Weird! This made no sense to us. So he said he would figure out how to get me my food and he did. Thanks to Ben and the staff at the Middletown Panera - you rock the customer service and I appreciate it. Plus the food was darn good too!!

The smile and customer service was spectacular. The cashier, manager, and chefs were all very pleasant! On top of the I would typically say that Panera in general has small portions but here it seemed to be much more satisfying! Definitely a great location to visit
