So when I got here they only had one deep fryer down with chicken in it amongst the 7 deep fryer that they had . Since most of their employees were out smoking dope in the front and chilling too loud music in their car I was told that there was going to be a 45 minute wait time for a simple Wing order. Mind you there's nobody in the store but they all looking at me

Generally don't leave bad reviews, but this seems important to do for the community.
The food is on par with other Wing Stops, which is good! Albeit a relatively simple task to deep fry a wing and coat it in sauce, it was alright. But the service is incredibly embarrassing. I walked in to order and waited a half hour for food, only to see about a dozen other orders made completely wrong, myself included. I ordered 10 wings with 2 flavors, I got 6 with 2 DIFFERENT flavors. Notified them, only for them to give me 4 more wings, but with 2 wrong flavors again. Not sure how you could... mess it up in the span of 2 minutes like that, but here we are.
The employees were on another planet, I'm assuming they weren't very sober, and/or incredibly sad. Idk what to say... they need a manager on staff or something, because I would just shut down the location if it was that embarrassing again. Go to the one Hurstbourne.

They consistently get orders wrong whether it’s for a pick up order or delivery order. Every time they mess up a delivery order through their own website they say you have to call doordash which isn’t true according to Wingstop corporate. The food is often undercooked so you have to order everything well done. I would say maybe one every five times I order is everything correct.

The food was delicious and on point. They get four stars instead of five because the wait time was autrocious. ( However you spell it.) My advice would be to order ahead or you'll be waiting 30 minutes for your food.

Food was decent, but long wait times. I ordered online and still had to wait 30 minutes past when the website said my food would be ready.
And don't give me that "they're short staffed" b.s. There were like 8 people in the kitchen, and still an almost hour wait. They're just unorganized.

Ordered delivery on the Winstop site. Was brought the wrong order. When I called was told the food I order would not be delivered to me. I have been trying for five days to get a refund with no success. Check their Better Business Bureau site, Wingstop hopes you will get tired of trying to get the refund or will forget about it.

No one greets you. They just look at you and say "Name?" ....
After ordering nothing was said.... had no idea the order would take 50mins at 9:30 at night. When I got home and looked at my order my wings were super over cooked and crispy. Ordered garlic parm but theres no garlic just sprinkled parmesan!?? Ew. Wasted time and money.

The service here is terrible, whether you order online or in person, they are going to be super slow. I had to cancel my order because of how long it was taking to get my food, its always a very long wait for food, the staff would rather sit around and talk than actually make food.
Fries are never cooked right and the chicken is overcooked every time. Not worth it at all.
