Qdoba Mexican Eats

Well, I’m surprised to say it. I finally had a good experience at qdoba. This would be the fourth or fifth Qdoba. I have been to in the city trying to get good service and I finally received it today. They did not lie to me about my rewards account or try to tell me that I can’t use my rewards at the register, but I found out today that you can and the food was phenomenal. How fortuitous of them to give me such good service and accommodate for my past experiences. I applaud you Qdoba on Shelbyville Road in St., Matthews if I could give you 10 out of five stars I would, but I can only give you five and I hope that that does suffice. Congratulations. You all deserve a raise. Not only all this good stuff but your freestyle Coca-Cola machine worked as well. Congratulations again and kudos.

This review is specifically for an employee named Destany. She was the nicest and most pleasant person I have met in a long time. She just came across as someone who is very genuine, and that’s rare to find in any kind of service job these days. She is a great hire and I hope you all appreciate what you have in her.

I'm so happy with my meal every time I come to this Qdoba location, and especially today. I did the create your own bowl, and it's just beautifully prepared. It's colorful, flavorful, and piled high generously. I'm extremely grateful for the care they put into it. So yummy. Brightened my whole day.

I don't normally eat lunch before noon; this time I did and here was my experience: - Staff was cheerful and friendly. - I was the only customer there, so service was fast and seating options were open. - soft drink machine took a moment for me to select anything (probably because no one was using it); happy that all drink options were available

The bowl was great, and the guy who waited on me, was great. The cashier was very, very, very slow checking out customers. The men's restroom was dirty, and smelled terrible. Plus, no toilet seat covers. Straws were kept behind the counter, and you had to ask for one. They said because of the new lids, but I told the cashier some customers want a straw, thinking the lid may come off and get coke, tea, etc., All over you cloths!
