I hadn't realized my online order didn't go through until I was in the parking lot. I went inside to pick my food up less than 4 minutes after placing the order and only had to wait seconds for it to be finished up. The young man working the front was so nice and upbeat. The food was also fresh

Thos was a to go order, but the drive-through was wrapped around, so I went inside. The first thing that hit me was the heat. It was so hot inside! I assume it's the new layout since the kitchen is no longer behind a wall, and all that heat is now flowing into the dining area! The amount of noise is greater than before because of the open layout. That is my biggest problem with my visit, the open design makes it way to uncomfortable from the kitchen heat and the kitchen workers are not quite so I won't dine in now that I had that experience...

Never really busy and food is always correct. Much better compared to a majority of other Wendy's locations.

Best fast food in the area forsure and great caring employees in the drive thru.

I've currently been in this drive-thru for 17 minutes. Doesn't look like I'm going to be moving anytime soon. Probability from the other times that I've been here is that my fries will be cold. How can one place struggle so much?

Lunch is usually on point. Dinner crew sucks! I can pretty much guarantee my order is going to be screwed up for dinner. Order an Asiago chicken club, and they give you a homestyle chicken sandwich, order a large fry and the carton will only be half full, sandwiches left out all together, no straws for my drinks, the list goes on...

I have never seen so many employees with an attitude even the manager made a comment 'you would think people ain't ate in days' then one employee said damn they got a whole family here . I will not come back here again with the way they are

Won't be returning to this location whatsoever. We always walk-in to order Togo because drive thru sucks everywhere. The first time, food took 15 minutes and the manager working was a little rude; basically came off as customers annoyed her. The more customers there were, the more she acted annoyed. Second time was a few days ago. I literally waited 21 minutes for a combo meal, two chilis and two frosties. It was ridiculous! The girl working the counter was polite, and I could see she was overwhelmed and trying her best. She got the manager when her line got really long. When the manager came out (same woman as the first time I was there), she told the girl what she "should be doing" right in front of all of the customers. Which, that girl was doing everything she should be doing, but it was getting busy, which is why she asked for help. Then the manager proceeds to complain about how she only had one person on the sandwich line, and three people were on break, so there wasn't anyone to help at the counter. I was standing there thinking that she should help because that's the managers job. After a few minutes she finally did. I was the next order on the screen. The manager yelled and said "did you get your order?" Me, standing there with a drink in my hand nicely replied "no, that's why I'm waiting here" then she was rude to me giving me my order and everything! The entire combo meal was cold, but the rest was good. It's really hard to mess up chili and frosties though. I remember back when Wendy's used to have good, FAST, food and friendly customer service. Not anymore. At least at this location.

Went to the Wendy's on Outer Loop to get the the pulled pork sandwich and the first thing i asked was "can i get the pulled pork sandwich plain with nothing in it" and the immediate response was "yes". So i order 2 plain, went to the window, paid, got my food and went home. Get home, open them up and low and behold they have their crappy ass cole slaw on then. WTF, what is so hard about plain?

Just came to the drive thru. I sat at the speaker for a couple minutes, the guy comes on and says "I'll be with you in five minutes." I ask "did you say five minutes?" His response, "yeah, about." There was one car in the line ahead of me. If it was going to take five minutes to take my order I would hate to think how long I would have waited to actually get my order had I stuck around. Smh.

Seriously ridiculous. Thirty minutes before closing and people want to hide in the back, some in their cars, and the proceed to ignore people in the line. Night crew sucks.

They were kind

The guy taking orders was extremely difficult to understand. When he said the total I could not understand him so I said "I'm sorry what?" He repeated the total and then rolled his eyes at me. Then, he got his phone out and was playing on it right in front of me. The manager noticed he was on his phone, shut the window, and began talking to him. He opened the window with complete disrespect to the manager saying it was too hot for him to keep the window shut. I said "thank you" a few times and not once was I responded too, not a smile, not a nod, nothing. The food was mediocre. The fries were mushy and cold like they had been sitting for a long time. They did, however, get my daughter's gluten free order correct, so that's a plus.

It a good place to eat but the employee and Manger need a lot of help they talk way to much ND for get what the customer want

Looks nice since the remodeling and the service was great

Thanks for the cold bugger it was really not good. If I get sick I know who to bill my doctor note to.
