I come to this Arby’s quite often. It’s right down the road from my apartment and I just can’t say no to this location. I pass another Arby’s just to go to this location.
The service was great. The drink machine in the lobby was broken but that didn’t stop the person taking our order from getting it in the drive-thru drink machine.
Lobby was clean and well kept.
Food was hot and delicious. The roast beef wasn’t dry or cold, it was hot and juicy. The curly fries were hot and crunchy (Arby’s has the best fries… HANDS DOWN!!!).

Went day after major storm, power was out to hundreds of thousands of people. They had power, As well as a few other fast food places. Lines in drive thru were long as to be expected. The employees did a commendable job with so many people. The dining area was closed down so it was all drive through. Service was good, food was ok. The sizes of the different sandwiches has been reduced considerably. Over all a good experience.

Went thru Drive thru, order was correct, food was hot. I never go to Arby’s without coupons. Way to expensive.

The drive thru was packed with cars and wasn't moving too good. But after waiting in line for a few minutes, they started to move fast. I couldn't believe it! From not moving to great customer service just happened. I didn't ask but I sure was curious. The food was good and no mistakes, so that's another good thing. I go there kind of regular, just depends on the company I keep. But thanks for the great service.. I usually go in but I'm tired of trying to go in until I find out or see other people sitting in there. But it may be open inside.

I was in the mood for roast beef, I had coupons that I get in the mail, so I went for it. It's been a while since I ate arbys, and what a pleasant surprise. Completely remodeled, and modern. Exceptionally clean. The sandwiches were fantastic, especially considering they were quite busy. Job well done arbys, job well done! Recently went back to purchase the TV commercial special of 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $10.00. And very pleasantly surprised. The meat portions were very generous. To be honest, the four for $10.00 special has always been my go to purchase for a while now.
