If you look at some of my other reviews, you will see that I love a good street taco! This place has some of the best. I’m rating it four stars only because there have been times when I’ve gone that the meat or tamales were a little dry, or maybe the lime slices were hard and had no juice, but it is
They serve delicious food and have great customer service! Every time I go, I am extremely blown away and more impressed than I was the time before.
I always fail to get pictures of the food because I’m too busy shoving it down my face hole.

First time here. Got a carne asada taco and pork tamales with hot sauce. Warning only ask for hot sauce if you can take the heat. We loved it. All the food was delicious will definitely be back!!
Service is always great and the food is delicious! The wait times aren't long at all(usually 10-15minutes) on Dixie Hwy in Valley Station between Valley Liquors and Michel Tires.

I love the veggie burrito and horchata! I do wish they had black beans so I could get tacos but for meat eaters they have plenty of options! I definitely recommend giving Tacos La Chaparrita a try!
Haven’t had too many tacos in Louisville.. but i had these!! And they are sooooooooo good!! The salsa roja is the best. Very spicy. The pastor is my favorite. 🔥🔥 authentic Mexican food truck.
I got the birria yesterday, it was my first time ever trying it. The lady at the window was so nice and patient with me. Best food I’ve ever had and this will definitely be a usual spot for me

For a little beat up taco stand in the parking lot of a liquor store, looks can be deceiving. This is the real deal. The same type of pop up trucks can be found all throughout Laredo TX near the border. Finally authentic Mexican food, not watered down americanized tex mex! I've had nearly everything
Chorizo is always on point. Great street tacos. Occasionally a little on the nuclear side of hot, but at least it's fresh.
Try a carnita on soft corn. Yum.

Loved the food, it's better than any Mexican restaurant around Preston hwy. These food truck owners work harder than the restaurant owners.
