Love Penn Station typically. Food is top notch. But this location I shall not visit again. You don’t feel valued or appreciated. It feels like an inconvenience for the staff to take your order. Just didn’t feel right. Will just go to another location next time. All good. Philly cheese steak is on point!

I don’t suggest going here unless you arrive 2 hours before they close. I walked in with my son at 9:15. Right off the bat was greeted with attitude from the girl at the register. She rushed through my order asking if I wanted every specific thing on my sub because I said I didn’t want mushrooms in the beginning. They were trying to clean up and close with FOURTY FIVE minutes still left of being open. If I was the owner of this store I would inform my employees that this is the EASIEST job they will ever have in their life so enjoy it while they can or hire staff that will represent their company in a better light. A lot of sub shops around Louisville, with just as good if not better food. And a lot more friendly staff. I suggest taking your hard earned money to a restaurant with better, more deserving people.

Their sandwiches remind me of New York style Bodega hot sandwiches. I would go to the Bodega on the corner and get one every week. They pile on your favorite stuff and put it on a grill to warm it all up. Penn Station sandwiches bring me right back home without actually going. The staff are very kind and attentive. I will be going back, maybe not every week but you know.

Best Philly cheesesteak anywhere! If you have not tried a Penn Station you are missing out. They hand slice all their cheese, onions etc and their fresh cut fries are better than anywhere else. Hand cut twice a day in store, they proudly display all their ingredients. You can watch your sandwich being made from scratch on the grill and then they run it through an oven to finish it off. Want something different? You can design your own sandwich with anything you want! Highly recommend!

Andrew and a girl were The only two working and they were as suspicion as they could have been. Andrew greeted every single guest with a smile and was pleasant the whole time. they need some help in there because it was extremely busy during lunch rush and they kept moving forward. I appreciate them doing so well!

There subs, fries and there chocolate chip cookies are friggin addictive!
They are a little expensive but it is always good food!

I was advised there would be a wait of 15 to 30 minutes and I agreed that was fine. Within 15 minutes my order was ready. Very good team work from only two workers
