Extremely slow, and if you are from out of town, you don't know the tricks for parking. Sassy attitude, but in the end, the drinks tasted awesome! What else matters?
Staff was really quick, and they keep up with the lunch coffee rush pretty handedly every time I show up. One of my favorite Starbucks for downtown. Not a lot of space if you're looking to sit and work and is noisy/busy. Mobile order pick up area is well designed versus other stores.
Service is pretty quick, and your drink will most likely be correct here. The place is pretty clean, but short on seating. It's always best to leave the Starbucks section and look for seating down the hall.
The kindest and friendliest staff I've met in any coffee shop. I asked for a Blonde Roast, which I didn't realize was sold out, so the Barista made a pour-over with a smile on her face. I so appreciate it, and hope you have a great day!
It's the only "Mobile order" location in the CBD, so it can get slammed when it gets busy. Staff is amazing at churning drinks out, but still expect 20 minutes of waiting once your order is in.
Clean, nice looking place. As packed as it was, these barista's were pleasant and amazing. Taking care of everyone quickly and accurately! Great early morning experience here.
Excellent Starbucks location for the business crowd. The only negative is no drive-thru (resulting in the typical folks who put on blinkers and get out to get their coffee) and long lines during peak times.
I'm always needing someplace to charge my phone.keep it all the way honest I don't see how their coffee is that much better than the next place.Nut they do have the best variety after you get past regular cofee.

The coffee is great they have pastries and stuff to eat if you're hungry the atmosphere is very pleasant and the employees always greet you with a smile it makes you feel at home I love this place
This location is in a unique spot on the ground floor adjacent to the Hot Rod baseball stadium. The spot offers a peaceful escape for the student desiring a good cup of coffee, a latte, iced frappe...and a place to study or cram for the next exam.
