The Hall On Washington Street

My first visit here and it was really good. I had the dew drops frankfurter and the brussel sprouts. The sprouts were phenomenal. They were a bit sweet and tender with some crumbled yummy bacon and I believe a maple syrup drizzle on them. I like the atmosphere which is very welcoming. The dew drops frankfurter had some beer cheese, sauteed mushrooms, onions and peppers on top. If I had one complaint it would be that they did not offer a lunch menu, however, I can't wait to go back and try some of the other offerings.

I love the atmosphere and decor of this restaurant. The pretzel and beer cheese is great and the brussel sprout salad was delicious. My son devoured his burger and said it was one of the best he has ever had at a restaurant in Louisville. My daughter loved the lemonade. The food came out very quick and the server was friendly. Great prices for a restaurant downtown near the YUM Center. Check this place out before or after an event.

They have a nice friendly atmosphere with good food and service. I hope that more people find out about them. ( I know, shooting myself in the foot) they can tell that you are on your lunch hour and can get you back to work on time and you never feel rushed. (No turn and burn here - just good service) Their Tomato jam app is something that you don't want to miss.

Food - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, this is a decent place for a large group. However, it can get very noisy, very quickly. Food is your basic German-style restaurant food (bratwurst, schnitzel, pretzels w/ beer cheese, etc). I apologize for the half eaten food in my photos (I was hungry 😂). Below is the liter of hefeweissbier and a Bavarian bratwurst with red cabbage and sauerkraut.

Good curry bratwurst. Fries could have been a little crispier. Beer cheese was good, not amazing, but the pretzel was great. Not a huge draught list but hits all the major categories. Large can and bottle beer list. Overall service was great, very comfortable and friendly environment. I would go back for sure.
