We stopped as we were a large group looking for lunch after visiting the Louisville slugger museum and prior to riding the riverboat. This was a convenient location and the reviews were positive so we stopped in. The staff was excellent and all were very pleasant and helpful. They have an assortment of pre-packaged meals if in a rush. They make the rest of the food fresh with minimal wait. Prices were affordable. Checkout was easy and they opened an extra line when it got busy. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I wish there was something similar in my home city.

This place was amazing! I stopped in because of a sign out on the sidewalk. It is cafeteria style, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. There so many food choices and the prices were amazing! I stopped by for lunch, breakfast, and then several times to get a fountain Coke. :)

Cafeteria style restaurant, very affordable. They have everything from sandwiches to soups to salads to fried chicken to sweets to whatever is available on a given day. Highly recommended for persons who work downtown or as an excellent gourmet experience!

One of the better places to eat downtown if you don't want to spend a ton of money. Basic cafeteria food and a menu that changes daily, so be sure to check their website. Really only practical if you can walk there.

Cravings catered our wedding reception, and our guests are still raving about their meal! Dinner was absolutely delicious, decadent. The quality of the food, the beautiful presentation, and the service is unmatched. Chuck, Brian, and the team helped us every step of the way- from guiding us through our menu selection to helping us add extra health and safety precautions. It was not easy to get married in 2020, but Chuck was so reassuring and patient. They think of everything. The chef even had the foresight to donate the leftover food from our reception to a local mission. We were so touched. The personal treatment you will get from this family-owned business removes a lot of stress from the event-planning process. We felt completely taken care of, we know our guests did too. And did I mention how absolutely amazing the food was?!

We ordered food for our Christmas Party at Stanley Schultze, it was great.
Brian who was the chef made us a delicious meal that included beef tenderloin , twice baked potatoes, greenbeans, rolls & brownies. The beef was cooked perfect and everything was just good home cooking. Thank you Cravens for making such a delicious meal and especially thank you to Brian.

We came here on a recommendation from the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience staff for a quick bite before our tour. It was one of the only places open during our stay in Louisville as nearly all restaurants were still closed due to COVID-19.
They have numerous options from deli style sandwiches, salads, and soups to an all scratch made, home style, hot entree and 2 sides meal. I opted for the fried chicken and 2 sides. It was one of the best homemade Southern meals I have had in ages. And the service was truly hospitable.

For 'cafeteria' style food this place excels! You can go light with salads, wraps, etc., or go whole hog with exceptional fried chicken, meatloaf, mac n cheese! And they have a grill for freshly made burgers, grilled cheese or special of the day. Cravings is aptly named cause they never disappoint!

The food is excellent. The chef came out and introduced him self. Told us if we need anything or had problems to let him know. They make the food right in front of you and the ingredients are fresh. Great omlets, pancakes, sausage and gravy. Have not tried lunch yet but planning too. The food is inexpensive and plenty of it. You will not leave hungry.

Great option for lunch in the business district. It's located in the lower level of the PNC building. There is also plenty of seating available. They have a cafeteria style setup where you can choose an entree and sides (varies daily), full salad bar, grill-to-order, deli, soup bar and a large drinks station. They have plenty of healthy options also. There's not much that they don't have here. It's not "fancy" food, just good down-to-earth comfort food at a great price. You will never leave hungry. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
