It is fast food. But my bashed spaghetti was really good. The service was great too. Everyone was pleasant and nice, they checked on us while we ate. Seemed like a really good team there
The young gentleman working was awesome. There was an elderly man that came in to eat, and he stepped up, and went above and beyond his job duties. Not only by taking his order, ideals are gentlemen sit down and told him he would take care of everything, and he did. That was very refreshing to see.
Good food, friendly staff and good is definitely well priced!! Quite a few options to choose from too!! Will definitely be going back soon.
Food was good; there was just precious little on the menu that didn't include pasta. It was a bit challenging to come up with a meal plan for low-carb consumption, but it worked out satisfactorily.
For a "Fast Food" Italian place, this is wonderful!! I love that I can go through the drive-thru and place my pasta order. The food was great. The servers were on the food items. The manager lady was very attentive to the service provided by her employees. The parking lot and the restaurant were very clean, I arrived at the store at 6:00 pm
The night manager lady was above an beyond awesome!! They was like 15minutes from closing wen we walked in an she didn't rush us at all.Made me feel very welcome ànd took great care of us! I definitely recommend this restaurant.i love fazolis just hadn't been in a long time.
Always loved Fazoli's as a kid. Had such fond memories going with my mother as a kid. And i hadn't been in years and decided to go with my children. The service didn't fail me then and it hasn't failed me now. It has always been such a lovely place, and good food, with great service. I Will for sur
Sara was quick to deliver our food, and made sure everything was good. Sara also brought out more breadsticks even though we did not ask for them. The manager (sorry I forgot his name) was friendly and checked on us while we were eating.
I eat here alot...they know me by name. Food is always great,they even give me free food sometimes because I eat here so much. Sara,five star is best ever
