Evan and his wife are amazing! We were visiting Louisville 2 weeks ago and got the best breakfasts sandwiches there. Love to see this family owned business thriving and providing amazing food and service. Will definitely be stopping in anytime we are in town!

Top notch for the niche. Excellent breakfast burrito, customer service, and pricing. Only difficulty was actually finding the location since it's not street-front and kind of tucked away. Not a "cozy sit-down and be served" diner, but it perfectly suites its grab-and-go approach! Great to meet you Ev! Very best!

One of the best breakfast burritos I've had! Perfect breakfast or brunch stop near city hall. Awesome, friendly service and very reasonable pricing. Coffee, abundant seating (good place to work remote), and a bright atmosphere nearby.

Fantastic place. The first floor smells of this deli, and it’s amazing. I had a breakfast burrito with chipotle ranch. Great customer service and food was ready fast! Definitely will be back.

I come here at least twice a week. I love Ev's food. He makes it with passion, and that shows in his personality. He knows exactly what I need when he sees me walking up to his storefront. His food is delicious! And, to top it off, it's really good pricing. I would highly recommend coming here.

Stopped in for breakfast while on our road trip through Louisville. The food was amazing! We got a breakfast burrito and bacon n egg bagel. They put this chipotle mayo on each with option of more on the side. It was perfect, filling but not too heavy. A must try in Louisville.
